I cannot thank the team -- and Dwayne -- enough for the work they did at my new home. When I moved in on Saturday and and discovered a leak Sunday night, I called Pureline. Dwayne came in, identified the source as the shower drain and had it repaired quickly. Plus, he checked my original toilets and saw that they were leaky and inefficient, driving up the water bill. We replaced the toilets - no more worries about the tanks running all day. Dwayne was prompt, courteous and is good at what he does -- I found my go-to plumbing team.

Edwin was awesome! Removed the old faucet and replaced with a new one in no time at all. I love it when people are on time, Edwin got to my house when promised. I will definitely use this company for all of my future plumbing needs, thanks to the outstanding customer service and reasonable costs.

Dwayne and Curtis are outstanding team! Dwayne is a gifted pro as well as a teacher and communicator. Service is top notch. Water clarifier he recommended last year helped improve our health, hair texture and water taste. Highly recommend! The best! 3 votes for employee of the year!

Pure-Line plumbing installed a whole house water filtration system (Aquasana that I had purchased on my own). They were extremely professional both in the initial estimate and the job itself. They installed the unit in the crawl space on a concrete slab with very clearly marked controls and the installer walked me through the use and maintenance of the system. Their quote was fair and in line with the other ones that I received and I cannot imagine anyone having done a better job with the install. A++.

Best plumbers in Durham. Dwayne was one of the best technicians we've ever had out at the house for any type of repair. Super knowledgeable and very informative. Fixed an issue that a previous tech had caused voluntarily and our well pump and pressure tank have never been working better!

I LOVE Pure Line! They came out to fix our hot water heater after two weeks of other companies canceling on us. They had it fixed within 30 minutes of getting here. I'm 8 months pregnant, and just feel miserable without hot water. You cannot imagine how much I appreciate them fitting me in that same day. These guys will be my go-to guys forever for being so prompt and respectful.

Had pureline come out to fix leak in ceiling. Was told that it would be 175.00 diagnostic fee + cost of labor and repairs. While he was here asked him to check bathroom above dinning room found a leak in wax ring. The only complaint I have is they charged me 300.00 to repair wax ring and did not cut copper pipe off deep enough so wall could be repaired. So total Bill was around 700.00 for about 20.00 worth of supplies. I do not believe labor should be this much. My wife gave him a check and we was never sent an invoice. I would really like to know why replacing 1 fitting and 1 wax ring is 680.00 of labor. Update talked with the owner and he said they do not charge by the hour they charge per job. So at this rate I could have had 2 plumbers at my house for 8 hours and come out cheaper than this. I have still not received a detailed invoice as to what i was charged for. If you value your money I would recommend looking for someone who charges by the hour or you could end up with a 680.00 bill with no explanations.

Pure-Line Plumbing, specifically Edwin and Rob were incredibly helpful in working with me on a custom conversion from a single sink to a dual sink in my master bathroom. The came out for a site visit, got a game plan together, and came back walked me through what they were doing, showed me the result, tested the faucets, and ensured I was satisfied before leaving. The were professional throughout the entire process, and I'd gladly higher them again for any future work.

Eli Zayas of Pure-Line Plumbing did a great job installing a new faucet in the kitchen sink and a new shower head. He had all the tools and materials that he needed, and he took away all the residue and old faucet when the job was done.

He wore shoe covers and spread a waterproof mat in front of the sink and was careful that no water spilled inside the cabinet or on the floor. And, most important the job was done carefully and well. He called me in to explain how everything worked and made sure that I could operate all the mechanisms. Great job!

I had all the polybutylene pipes in my house replaced. The job, so far as I can tell, was expeditiously and thoroughly done. Dwayne S. explained everything, and he and his helper were on time, took as much time as they said they’d take (two days), and left everything clean and neat. The price was fair, too. I got three quotes; Pure-Line gave the middle one, but I found them altogether more helpful & solicitous than the other two. I recommend Dwayne & Pureline without reservation.

I had a new hot water heater installed. Eli, the service tech was great. He explained everything he was doing and had a very pleasant demeanor. He also cleaned up extremely well. I would use him and this company again in a heart beat. I highly recommend Eli and Pure-Line Plumbing...very efficient, reasonably priced and excellent service!!

Dwayne came out to assess replacement of a pressure relief valve (PRV) and if an outside spigot needed to be replaced. Dwayne arrive on time, was very professional and went above and beyond to quickly and accurately determine how to resolve the issues. Dwayne also took videos while under the house to show me that my expansion tank needed to be replaced and discovered a water leak unrelated to the PRV assessment. He could not locate the source of the water leak so he gave me a contact reference who could help. Dwayne gave me an estimate of cost for repairs and returned as scheduled to fix all issues and did a great job. The spigot could be fixed, did not need to be replaced. Great job. I highly recommend Pure-Line Plumbing.

We called Pure-Line Plumbing at the suggestion of a neighbor to have them check and replace the Pressure Regulator Valve if faulty. Turns out it was faulty and in no time at all, Edwin P did an awesome job replacing it. Showed me his work and walked me through it prior to processing the invoice. We'll definitely use Pure-Line Plumbing again and specifically ask for Edwin. Thanks for the great work, Edwin!

I recently purchased a townhome and was new to the area. I knew of a few of the larger name companies in the area but took a chance on Pure-Line off a recommendation

So impressed by the customer service and timeliness of this company. I can’t say enough nice things about the tech Norman that was sent out. He explained everything about my toilet leak in a way so that I could understand. Once he explained everything made perfect sense. He definitely set my mind at ease and did an excellent repair job.

All I can say is WOW !!! If you want a company who is honest, trustworthy and goes above and beyond definitely call Pure-Line and ABSOLUTELY request Norman.

Pure-Line was the second company I called about a persistent and fussy clog. The prior company had quoted me a much higher price for a more complicated repair, so I wanted a second opinion. Pure-line did something simpler that has fully solved the problem. Tim (assisted by Curtis) was professional and did the job well, recommend.

Very professional. Dwayne and Rob did such a great job. Took pictures before doing work under my house so they could explain any problems that needed to be taken care of. Also took pics. after work was completed. I will definitely use Pure-Line again, and recommend them for any plumbing issue. Any company that has employees as thorough and professional as Dwayne and Rob and that enjoys working with there company says alot.

Very Pleased. Had a sewer line backup and my regular plumber was unavailable. Called Pure-Line because of the good rating and couldn't have been more pleased. It may have been unusual but they were able to get out to the house within a hour and the plumber was able to snake out the line. All is good once again. The plumber was very professional and clearly stated the cost of what he was doing. Will keep them on file for future reference.

Edwin arrived way ahead of schedule, was able to diagnose and let us know our options quickly. We needed to replace our kitchen faucet, so we picked one out from Home Depot and Edwin installed it perfectly. This all happened the same day we called and before Noon. We greatly appreciate it!!

When I was changing my well water filter, I found a pex valve that was leaking and badly rusted -- basically, about to bust completely. I called Pure-Line, and they had someone out to my house the next day. The service pros were really nice, they worked around my schedule, and they charged me a reasonable price. The whole experience was great, and I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a plumber. Thank you so much!
