Brian and Marcus responded quickly to our call, replaced our faucet and Insinkerator professionally, and friendly. Great customer service!

Brian and Sam came out within 30 minutes of our call to them. Both were very good listeners and obviously knew their trade! Although the price was higher than expected, they did the job to our satisfaction.

Brian J provided great service (tankless water heater maintenance) and answered all my questions.

Highly recommend Jordan Plumbing. From the first call, they were professional and responsive and enjoyable to work with. They fixed a leaky faucet and replaced aging stop valves and the water pressure regulator. Excellent service and results. Straightforward on pricing. We contacted Jordan Plumbing to address a sewage leak in our crawl space. Mr. Jordan was easy to communicate with and came out the next business day to give an estimate. He was professional and courteous and answered all of our questions, explaining the issues in a way that was easy to understand. We appreciated that he made it a priority to get us on the schedule for the week, and he and his team showed up at our home exactly when they said they would. While replacing the rotted cast iron plumbing, he and his team found that our kitchen sink plumbing was not operating correctly and they addressed that as well, at no additional cost to us. We would certainly use Jordan Plumbing in the future and would recommend them to others.

I’ve used Jordan’s multiple times. Once for a kitchen remodel which involved moving pipes. They have also come for small services like backed up toilets and faucet replacement. They communicate well and are very professional. I feel comfortable with his team in my home. He also explains everything he’s doing in a way that I can understand and has standard pricing. He has a book so all customers are treated fairly. He’s the best plumber I’ve used. I recommend him 100%.

I called Jordan plumbing after repeated sewage back up issues and countless home warranty plumbers. Brian and DeMarcus showed up less than a hour after placing the service request and worked to get my house back in order. Jeffery and Sam showed up to help turn the tables on the roots growing into my plumbing. I can't say enough about the quality of work and friendliness of this group. I was referred to this group by two different family members and will refer everyone to and never use another plumber but these guys. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

Jordan Plumbing was really great! We had an emergency clog that turned out to be a mainline sewer problem that they diagnosed quickly and accurately, and then fixed quickly. They're really responsive; I hadn't ever used them before and called them at 4:00 PM, and they were able to come at 8:00 AM the next day. They were professional, on-time, responsive, and charged really reasonable prices. Am planning on using them going forward, and would definitely recommend.

finally, the workers who came out and provided the work, Brian and Flavio, were incredibly respectful, nice and hard working. and while i feel the price was very steep, these two young men represented Jordan Plumbing very well, and it is because of them that i would use Jordan's Plumbing again.

Jordan Plumbing did a job for us at Watts Street Baptist Church. Mr. Jordan also helped us with supplying a complete sink, with faucet, lines, and drain, for us to use in our Mission House next door to the church. He is an honest person. I highly recommend them. We will be using them again.

Mr. Jordan has been in the business for more than 25 years and knows his stuff. He keeps that same standard for his employees. His team was able to come out and diagnose the issue and provide an estimate in a timely manner. We unfortunately needed a lot of work done, but they were able to schedule us for the same week.

Mr. Jordan himself called us to verify house layout and time frames so that we knew when to expect them. On the day of the service, the team arrived right on time and got to work right away. They took care to use covers on their shoes and put plastic down on the ground to keep the house clean.

From what we’ve surveyed around the area, the estimate they gave was appropriate and the fact that they could fit us in within a few days was amazing. They worked hard all day and Mr. Jordan made it a priority to keep us informed on what work they needed to do.

I called a few plumbers and Jordan Plumbing answered right away and sent a plumber the same day. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I got a conformation call from the plumber Jeffrey and he was very prompt. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He showed me what the problem was and what he needed to do. He quoted a very reasonable price and I had him fix the problem. While he was here he fixed my shower faucet as well. Brian did an amazing job! We called on a Saturday when our hot water heater went out and he came and gave us options within an hour. He then was able to get a new hot water heater installed the same day. He was very considerate and diligent. We would definitely recommend him to others.
