They have the hard to find sizes of pvc pipes but they just sale 10 ft length and I just need 1ft

Handicap Toilet was cheaper than lowes

This is by far the worst ferguson I've ever been to. Never have basic parts in stock, have to wait 30 minutes to get helped or checked out. I've found that if your in the durham area just go to Wilkinson..they're cheaper too.

Went in looking for a replacement assembly for a sillcock. They didn't stock them, but the guy pulled the product up on a website and told me to buy it. So I did.

Wrong part.

Avoid these people.

This location is the only location I will go to even if there's one closer. The staff remembers customers by names and company they work for. They treat you like family!!! If they don't have what you need they will have it next day most of the time. I would highly recommend this location.

I am updating my kitchen and bathrooms in my house and found Ferguson through a plumber friend and decided to check it out. I went into Durham location looking for Pex fittings and fixtures. The workers there were so knowledgeable, friendly and an overall great experience. They had everything I needed to complete the job. Would highly recommend.

It doesn't take too many trips before the guys behind the counter are calling you by name. They have a very good selection in the showroom and there is even more in the back. They can normally have what you need the next day unless it is something exotic or has had a higher than normal demand lately.

Customer services at this location are just amazing to the point that you just want to go by just to say hello and feel great all day .

As a homeowner who needed a little assistance with adjusting under sink drain plumbing to accommodate new garbage disposal, John did everything he could to help me. Based on the photos I had, he quickly identified the needed parts and suggested additional ones in the event that the configuration would need to change during the installation process. Very happy with the level of service and John understands how to give value back to the customers.

Snapped off my hose bibb late on a Friday while trying to disconnect the previous homeowners hose that they had over torqued on. I was trying to leave town but needed to get this repaired before leaving. Called in and Nick had everything I needed ready to go for me when I showed up!

Though they didn’t have the part I needed, they are very well stocked, very knowledgable, and very friendly. Definitely come here for any plumbing needs.

The sediment filter on my pump broke making my machine unusable. Griffin was so kind to help me fix out for a different style. Unfortunately I had a very proprietary type of design, but they had all the fittings to make it work thanks very much to Griffin’s. This place rocks.

I call and spoke to “Hampton”ask could he help me he said yes I gave him the information ask could he call me back I said yes I had been looking for over two weeks he said I will do his best and his best got me what I needed in about 3 days it came in like he said “I’m so thankful for “Hampton”he will be my go to every time I need something.

Chris is very knowledgeable, and is a skilled technician.
