I’m a fencing contractor, and needed a main sewer line repaired quickly for my client. I called him and he was there within 15 mins to do the repair. Great service and reasonable pricing. Will recommend!

Found a leak and was going to wait until Monday to get fixed. Received a message back on my online request from Chris and he said he could come out today. This was on a Sunday and he had my water back on in no time. This was in addition to finding some other issues were the quest plumbing had failed. Very quick and efficient service, professional and would recommend. I know if I have another issue I would call again. Thank you for all of your help today.

Chris came to my house on a Sunday to replace my hot water heater and did everything in his power to ensure I was happy with the job. He’s a nice man, courteous and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

Chris rocks! He came out within an hour of my call on a miserable day of icy rain. He fixed our issue (replacing a garden hose spigot under the house) and further checked the well and pump to ensure the pressure was where it was supposed to be. Chris is a courteous, friendly straight-shooter who didn't try to up-sell us anything and pointed out things we should keep an eye on in case they show signs of future problems. On top of all this, he was very reasonably priced! He will be our go-to plumber from here on in.

I reached out to Tidewater Plumbing to help with a guest bathroom that had some leaking under the house. Plus we thought a hot water heater may have been rusted in the crawl space. Stephen was really communicative and helpful. He asked for pictures so he could preorder any hot water heater parts since those can be harder to find in stock. After sending the pictures he gave me a call to let me know that the heater wasn't actually connected anymore and therefore didn't need fixing. Yay. We set up time to just fix the guest bathroom leak.
Andrew showed up on time and fixed the toilet and bath. He was nice, fast, and affordable.
Overall I'm really impressed with Tidewater Plumbing. Their plumbing work is top notch but their communication and preparedness puts them above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend them.

Tidewater Plumbing saved our Grand Opening. Three days before our ribbon cutting we had a major sewer back up along with our bathroom upgrades (left hanging by another company) needing completion. Not only was Tidewater timely, reasonably priced and extremely professional, they actually showed up to our grand opening to support us.

Shortly after we moved into our house, our water heater kicked the bucket. Luckily Andrew from Tidewater plumbing was able to come through quickly with a water heater replacement. It was fast and he was very professional. We haven’t had any issues since. I highly recommend Tidewater Pluming!

We had an emergency and Plumb V came right away. They were able to resolve the issue which was extensive replacement of 60+ y/o rusted pipes.

Very professional and prompt. Pricing is expensive. Had them quote 2 items to repair, ended up wanting to go with just one of the items. Price of that one item jumped from $120 to over $300 dollars for a minor rebuild of a toilet due to a leak. Apparently you get a discount with more than one item. So I told them I was not interested.

Thanks to Plum V. Had emergency plumbing problems and they came out early the next morning. Stayed a couple hours and fixed everything. Chris C was knowledgeable, professional, thorough. Everything he needed was on the truck. I am very happy and relieved.

Replaced the pressure relief valve two threaded connections the valve on Amazon was $25.00 it took about 15 minutes to do the job I can understand a service charge to come out to my home but I am not interested in buying the company over $300.00 is way to much for th wok hat was accomplished t

I had multiple "old home" issues (worn out sink drains and tub drain, dead toilet floats, overfilling toilet tanks, etc.). PlumbV's Chris Compton handled it all quite professionally. He was on time (despite record rains and floods this week) and very customer oriented. He inspected the issues and on-the-fly described three repair scenarios and $estimates for each, letting me take my choice. He was diligent, humble, polite, and knowledgeable. Nice guy! Great experience!
