Bria & Omar did a great job fixing the leak under the bathroom sink. They checked all the other connections and found I could have the same problem with the other sink & toilet connections. Gave me a fair price on fixing all the connectors. They even tightened another sink faucet (no charge) so I wouldn't have leaks in the future.
The men were polite, professional & efficient. I'm calling again to have a new toilet installed. This is the company to call!!

I called Jordan Plumbing to fix a leak in my toilet. Within two hours of my call Sam and Brian showed up! They inspected the bathroom, then walked me through the services they would provide and the charges for each of them. They were very professional and considerate while in the house, they fixed the leak and picked up/cleaned when they were done. I could not have asked for a better team. Sam and Brian were great! After the unpleasant discovery of sewage in my yard, Jordan Plumbing was able to arrive at my house and begin to diagnose the issue within 15 minutes of calling. Brian and Jeffrey did a great job quickly fixing my backed up sewage line and replacing a failed sewage ejector pump. They explained the issues and what they were doing very clearly. It was such a relief to have the problem fixed before I headed out of town the next day.

I'm a relatively new homeowner in Durham, NC, and had the pleasure of securing the services of Jordan Plumbing and Maintenance recently on two occasions, once to flush my then current Water Heater, and again when I decided to replace it with a new one. I decided upon this company based on Reviews and customer satisfaction ratings, as well as convenient location. On both service occasions my head Plumber Technician was (Brian), although he was also assisted by a few different colleagues on each occasion. They were all very courteous, friendly, and professional. Brian in particular went out of his way to make sure to answer any and all questions I had, as well as respond to any later concerns about the work that was done, and offer any options I may have wanted to consider. The services provided were efficiently, and expertly done. I was also very pleased with their Customer Service representatives (Ashley, and Quinette) whom I spoke to by phone when making inquiries about the company's services. They were very pleasant, and helpful at all times. They also made the extra effort to follow up with a customer satisfaction inquiry to me by phone a few weeks after services were completed. Overall I was very pleased with this company, and would highly recommend them for your plumbing, and related home maintenance needs!

Nothing strikes terror in a home owner's heart more than a backed up toilet and bathroom sink! Jordan Plumbing's team was at my house immediately; fast, efficient, and very thoughtful about diagnosing the problem and fixing it without jamming me with $$$ unnecessary costs. Many thanks to Brian and Omar, especially for spending a half hour in my front yard helping me understand how my plumbing system was put together fifty years ago when the house was built, and how to anticipate future problems. Next time (please, God, let there never be a next time), the folks at Jordan will be my first call. FIVE STARS.

We had Brian, Marcus and Sam out to our recently purchased home to address faulty hose bibs/spigots and water pressure issues. Everyone of them were knowledgeable, professional, and put our concerns at ease. The work was done quite expediently and efficiently. We applaud Jordan Plumbing's customer service etiquette! We will use them again for future plumbing projects.

We contacted Jordan's Plumbing after a backup at our home late on a Friday afternoon. The customer service experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Mr. Jordan and his team were attentive to our problem and talked us through everything they were doing to resolve the problem. We received a quote before the work started so there were no surprises in the end. We will certainly use Jordan's Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. We highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I had a collapsed septic line and Brian came on Saturday to help get the issue resolved (even when I told him it could wait until Monday). I have used Jordan Plumbing for numerous issues over the years and have always been very satisfied with their work and pricing. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak to the quality of service because we didn't get that far. I spoke with Mr. Jordan this week regarding a plumbing issue. We had pleasant exchange and Mr. Jordan said that he would come to my home late that after for initial assessment. He said that it would after 5PM. I offered to move the assessment to the next day if that would work better for him. He responded that he would stay with date and would call 30 minutes b/f arrival. Mr. Jordan was a no show; did not call and did not follow up on the next day.

Jordan Plumbing came out and replaced a tankless hot water heater that was leaking. It was not inexpensive, but I got several quotes and they were very competitive. They were also professional, quick, on time, had great communication, and did exactly what they said they would. Two thumbs up for Brian and Desmond who did the job while I was at work, and called to give me updates! Thanks!

Brian J. came out the same morning we called to get a leaky Master bathroom sink fixed. They replaced to faucets because the style of the old faucets were not available anymore. It was done quickly and professionally.

The valve on my inlet water line started leaking profusely and unfortunately found it on a weekend (Sunday). Thru recommendations, I contacted Jordan Plumping & Maintenance. Their answering service was very helpful and was contacted by Brian. He came out that day (in a very timely manner) and installed an updated ball valve. Tho it was a higher charge due to a weekend, was well worth it as got a year warranty and very confident of the work as
Brian was very thorough.

Jeffrey, Brian and Desmond did an excellent job troubleshooting and repairing my broken sewer line. They were efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. I will use Jordan Plumbing again, highly recommend. Thank you!

I'm not usually the type to write these kind of reviews but Jordan Plumbing did a really great job on my house. I had the main sewage line back up and needed a replacement. Their professionalism skill and timeliness were some of the best I've seen and they underbid Roto-Rooter by $3400+. I got a feel good family business vibe from them, the reception / scheduling person was kind and enthusiastic and I got the impression that the team members had respect for one another, which to me is an indication that a job will go well and this time it definitely did.

To give you a sense of the time line: I called Monday afternoon, they had a tech out by 8am the next day, materials were dropped off by lunch time, we had to wait 72 hours for the utilities to be marked off. On Friday they replaced a 40 foot cast iron sewage pipe buried 5 feet deep and had the hole filled and lawn seeded before 3pm. I was only without water for a couple of hours, thank you very much Mr. Jordan

Brian and Mr. Jordan have helped me out with repairs/improvements multiple times over the past year or so. Always quick to schedule, easy to work with, communicative, and quality work. I like that they have a price book so there is some transparency in why you’re being charged a certain price based on work being completed. Shopped around a few different plumbers in South Durham at first, and now Jordan Plumbing is my first call every time.

I have called Jordan Plumbing for the last several plumbing problems I have had (toilet issue, outdoor plumbing line issue, leaking water heater) and they are the only company I will call for Plumbing problems. Everyone is communicative and helpful. Pricing is upfront. they do quality work, and explain everything. Scheduling is timely. My daughter's house is in Durham, and she is currently out of town. I checked on her house after the snow and ice, and one bathroom faucet was not working so we were concerned there was a frozen pipe causing the problem. Jordan Plumbing sent a repairman, who happened to be nearby, to take a look. I stayed to wait for the repairman, and she was charged right off the top $149 for the service call. I left the repairman and headed to Cocoa Cinnamon, just minutes away. I hadn't even placed my order when my daughter called and said he was done, and that it was just the little aerator on the sink faucet that needed to be cleaned. She was then charged an additional $129 plus a $5 processing fee, just to clean the little aerator, so her out-of-pocket was $303. That was an absolutely ridiculous price to charge her, and it is tantamount to price gouging. The technician was very nice and EXTREMELY apologetic to both her and me that he had to charge her so much. He even said he called the office to try to give her a discount since it was just the little aerator, but Jordan Plumbing would not give her a discount. I am following this up with a report to the NC Attorney General regarding this outrageous abuse of charging such an high price for this. If had been a frozen pipe and the technician had spent considerable time repairing it, I would have completely understood, but making her pay another $130 to clean a little faucet aerator? That's egregious. She said she will never use Jordan again nor recommend them, and I am writing this to warn others that you may get price-gouged by this company.

Great plumbing repair at a reasonable price.

My water tank was acting up and within an hour of calling, help was at my door. The plumber was professional, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining the necessary repairs. I appreciated the effort to clean up afterward. A seamless experience from start to finish, and I’m relieved to have everything back in working order!

Our sump pump was fixed in under an hour, and it works perfectly now!

I’m really impressed with their professionalism and speed.
