Great communication and kind service. Fabian helped me with my shower drain — very professional and taught me how to upkeep it in the future. Only reason for 4 stars is I was told a lower price for a water heater flush add-on service, not knowing it was the price with a subscription instead of a one-service fee… felt uneasy about that

Kai was here within 30 minutes of our call. We had called every plumbing company that serviced our area and nothing available for days! The dispatcher at Roto-rooter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our kitchen sink was on the fritz for almost a week. Kai came in and quickly remedied the situation. It took all of 20 minutes. Years of build up that a small 25 foot snake could not reach, was completely obliterated with Kai’s equipment. His work is warrantied for 6 months. We give his demeanor, knowledge and quick precision a full 5 stars. Thanks Kai!!!

Kai replaced a 27 yr old bathroom faucet with a brand new faucet. He did an excellent job. He checked to be sure no leaks and cleaned up the area and removed the old faucet. I am very happy with the service.

Kai with Roto-Rooter was super quick to respond to my emergency plumbing need (he arrived less than 10 minutes after my phone call!). He was really nice and helpful, walking us through each step as he diagnosed and fixed our issue. No one wants to deal with a plumbing emergency at midnight, but Kai was really great about it! The tech who came on site was knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to both repair the pipe as well as swap out my old broken gate valve for a new ball valve at the main shutoff for the house.
