Before buying our home, we requested an hvac inspection. Apparently the previous owners only asked them to ' check to be sure it's running properly'. The receipt stated they did a complete inspection of the unit and ductwork... what they were SUPPOSED TO DO. They didn't and told us it was the owner's fault. If the receipt had stated that they had ' observed that the unit was working upon cursory glance and didn't forsee any issues' we would have alerted the previous owners to get an inspection done and there had been a miscommunication. Please make sure services mentioned on your invoice have ACTUALLY been performed.
We had someone out for an hour and he found a laundry list of mismatched and taped together essential parts. Items that should have been flagged on an actual inspection.

Fast, professional, courteous, service. Repaired our AC during the tropical storm 8/24. Highly recommend!!!

HVAC died during a severe thunderstorm, called for repair the next morning, and the technician arrived before Noon. Quickly replaced a blown capacitor and our AC was up and running, thank goodness. We happened to be working in the pasture at the time, the technician stopped and informed us of the repair and that they would mail us an invoice, excellent service, thank you!

They responded the same day I called diagnosed the problem ordered the part and replaced it the next day. He cleaned the unit like it was New. Very professional and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you for the service.

Jackson came out at the arranged time and was very professional and courteous.

They were very quick to respond and did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem. I left my 19 year-old daughter to handle the situation because I had no choice but to work so that the 18 or older requirement. Randy was fantastic and working with me over the phone explaining things. Later, when I had a problem getting the filter incorrectly, he talked me through it over the phone. He made a point of explaining how the system worked to my daughter. We were new to the house and it was a strange set up. Randy was absolutely phenomenal and I will definitely use them again!
