Well, I have to say first off. My technician art was wonderful being a retired HVAC guy myself it was fun chatting with him and I could tell right away. He knew what he was doing.

I was very frustrated earlier in the week when I found out the incorrect parts had been ordered as I had been without heat for over a week. I would like to thank Arthur Hendren for his diligence, understanding and knowledge. He made sure the correct parts were ordered and repaired my unit. Great service from our technician. Jackson was great and informative. The only thing i will say negatively about the whole situation was the service from the office. Lack of communication to the customer was upsetting. Especially after two weeks of them initially coming out here, the part was finally installed. Communication to the customer about issues with a part being ordered or just being backed up due to a lot of calls would be nice. Makes me feel better doing than rather than having me feel as if I was “forgotten about”.

Mr. Author Hendren was my technician and I feel that he did a fantastic job working on my heater. He found an additional issue with my heater while he was conducting his diagnostic and he tended to it. He was very professional, kind, and takes his work seriously. In a brief conversation with him he stated that "He does his work as if he were working on something that was his" and I believe that's what today's work force needs so thank you to him and thank you to Smith and Sons Heating & Cooling.

Smith and Sons had a cleaning special going on for a great price. I called them scheduled an appointment. I got updates as to when they were coming and when they arrived. The guys were super nice and cleaned my unit professionally. We are very pleased with their work. They also have monthly rates you can check out for keeping your units cked all yr. Thank you for getting us ready for winter.

Called for service about 11:00am, had a text message about 11:30 advising of a service appointment for the same day with a window of 12:30-2. Tech arrived within the window and had the problem repaired quickly. Arthur , the tech, was very knowledgeable and was able to zero in on likely causes quickly. This is the standard of service I’ve always enjoyed with Smith & Son.

Quick service, tech Rilan was great. 30 amp breaker price somewhat high at $78. Would recommend and use again.

The motor in my unit went out, I called Cross Comfort Solutions and a tech was out the same day. The motor I needed was replaced at the same time of the service. The staff was amazing, the tech, Laney and Mr. Cross are awesome! Highly recommend to anyone seeking honest service!
