I had my semiannual service done by a local heat and air company that I had been with for several years. They called to let me know I had a water leak under my house and major duct work issues. I was out of town and they could not give me a name of someone local to fix the leak. I Googled this and found out Cross Comfort Solutions did plumbing, electrical and HVAC. They came out the next morning and fixed 3 leaks. I also got them to check ductwork issues a couple of weeks later since no one ever called me back from the company I was using. Powell and his wonderful team got all of my issues fixed. All were very courteous and always called when they were coming and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend Cross Comfort Solutions for ALL of your needs!

In June 2025, Cross Comfort Solutions with Wesley leading the team, installed the heating and air conditioning systems in my newly constructed 6,300 square foot building. From the moment the team arrived on site, their professionalism and respectful demeanor were evident. Each member of the crew worked diligently, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring that the installation was performed correctly and up to the highest standards.

The installation took place during the peak of summer, with the team working long hours in exceptionally hot conditions. Despite these challenges, they remained focused and dedicated, consistently delivering high-quality work. Throughout the entire process, I did not witness any complaints or signs of dissatisfaction from the crew, even when difficulties may have arisen.

We had several companies come out for quotes and recommendations on what we needed. What we received were widely different in price and what we needed. Cross Comfort Solutions had a area set up at the Whiteville Pecan Festival. I spoke with them and set up an appointment. They came out and evaluated our needs and concerns. They offered two choices by brand, both very competitive in prices compared to the other quotes. We choose the mini split system. The Technician who installed our unit was very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. The way the system was installed and the cleanup before leaving was nothing short of excellence. (he even had a yard rake on his van and raked away the footprints around the newly installed system). We are very pleased with the Quote, Installation and follow up to see if everything was ok. From our experience, I would highly recommend you give them a call for All of your Heat/Air needs !

This company is the absolute best! My heat pump went out, and I also had a leak in my plumbing that I could not get to stop! They came out and fixed both issues. Professional, on time, quality work. That is hard to find this day and time. I even got a follow up call asking if I was pleased with everything. My new go to company! Thank you Cross Comfort!
