A/C went out on July 4th. Contacted Smith & Sons and Technician was on site within 45 minutes. Technician repaired the unit and had it running within 30 minutes. I must say great service and very pleasant dealing with Smith & Sons.

The technicians were quick, efficient, thorough and got us signed up for a preventive maintenance program. They arrived early, and worked quickly.

I always have my thermostat set at 68 for heat and 72 for air. After it got ridiculously hot inside I checked to see where they left the thermostat and it was set on 72 heat and 78 for air!!! Please check with homeowner to see where they set their thermostat. S degree in either direction makes a huge difference. And 4 dregrees is ridiculous. Otherwise I guess it was fine.
