The lady there is very nice but will lie to you in a heartbeat, called them for service and was told they get to it that day ,called back later that afternoon and was told they were there then and i needed a thermostat , that was my problem, was informed she had to order it, after calling several more times (over a 2 1/2 week period )when i never received a call from them was told different stories, hadn't came in and then it had came in a couple adays earlier and then it hadn't but come to find that was not even my problem, i had a leak and was low on freon, first time trying them and my last

Dana is god sent!!! I needed a transformer for my air handler on a Sunday and everyone was closed within a 50 mile radius. We tried our luck and called everyone and Dana answered personally and went out of her way ON MOTHERS DAY to come out and get us a part. Thank you Dana!!!

Fixed our broken outdoor HVAC unit and suggested we just replace the compressor instead of the entire unit which was much cheaper. Extremely happy overall with the experience, very responsive, quality work, and good communication.

Our unit wasn't working right and White Lake HVAC came out quickly and got us all fixed up. Their prices were very reasonable. Well definitely use them again next time!

Dana was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us try to figure out what was wrong with our a/c system. Come to find out it had kicked the bucket. So we are planning on buying a new system from her and her company. I highly recommend Dana!

A shining star in the service industry. Dana and Glenn were responsive, respectful and cost efficient. They completed the installation in less time than others were willing to start it. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone in the Bladen County and surrounding areas. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

I stopped in with hopes of buying equipment for an emergency repair needed for my lake house and they didn’t sell what I needed. But Dana saved the day by loaning me her personal vacuum pump and torches. She didn’t know me but was kind enough to trust me. I got my leak repaired and the AC was cooling great before my house filled with guest on the holiday weekend. Thanks for helping a fellow HVAC guy out of a jam!

Glenn got my rental unit up and running. Came out and serviced same day. Was given a run around on pricing and payment options, but it was all sorted and taken care of professionally.
Will absolutely be using them going forward.
