Robert and Anthony came out to fix a plumbing issue we had with one of our toilets. Both were very professional, and pleasant to work with. In addition to fixing the toilet, they also fixed a sink issue which wasnt on the work order. I would definitely recommend this business and these two individuals for any plumbing needs

We found this service through our home warranty company. Unfortunately, the upstairs bathtub in our new home was leaking right into our master closet. Proven Professional Construction sent Bryan, who expertly fixed the problem. I was impressed that he knew exactly where the leak was coming from, so the repair went quickly.

Not a good overall experience. Utilized via AHS warranty. First visit, polite and professional - advised slow draining toilet should be replaced. Never heard from company again until I followed up to find that they closed out ticket. 2nd visit from alternate company fixed problem - which was a simple auger line cleaning blockage - seems pretty basic to me. Technician was courteous and polite, however did not diagnose or fix problem. Office staff - no ownership, poor communications. Spent more of my time to resolve a routine plumber job. Would not recommend using.

This company was contracted through HomeServe to fix a water line leak. The initial visit seemed good, and I agreed completely with their diagnosis that the water line needed to be replaced. After that, the trouble began. They tried to push out-of-pocket expenses on me that I did not need, and only backed down when I insisted upon hearing it from the inspector. The office personnel not once called me to keep me in the loop, even though I had called multiple times requesting information from them. They never showed or called for their last appointment to finish the job, even though they have already been paid for their work. I'll be spending my weekend with a shovel reburying my line. This is after over six weeks since the relatively simple project began...

Can't say enough good things about this company. Great customer service! The ladies on the front end ( Fortunata and Paisley) where courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Fortunata was sympathetic to my problem and worked with my schedule to assign a technician. Mike was also great. He Diagnosed, explained my problem and then replaced my water heater. True to his word he received authorization with in hours and now waiting to install at my convenience.
I would definitely use this company again and would recommend highly.
I gave them 5 stars and would have given more if possible.
Thank you Fortunata, Mike, and Paisley for your help and professionalism!

Proven professional (i highly doubt their professionalism) was sent to my home for few plumbing leaks repair through my home warranty company AHS. First they took one week to come to evaluate and do the repairs and upon their first visit they left without resolving the issue, instead causing more damage. our master shower was leaking and while their tech was trying to fix the leak, accidently broke the pipe line from threaded part and never fixed it, since then master shower is laying on the floor waiting for them to come help him to stand up!! during the same visit they also caused severe leak under the kitchen sink while trying to fix minor leak. Their tech left after telling us that they need to get AHS approval for the repairs and that they will be back soon. That never happed, i have called my home warranty company AHS several times, called proven so many times unsuccessfully, never get any response, we can not use shower neither the kitchen sink. i hate to call anther company as i will have to pay for the damages proven has caused. i am still waiting on AHS now to see if they can help me out to get tis mess cleared. Absolutely will not recommend or use Proven services . It is just unbelievable that their is no level of customer service or responsibility. extremely disappointing. I am hoping that one of the key people or owner's of the company will read this review and contact me so i can explain my grievance and concerns.
I have intentionally uploaded an unrelated photo to capture the attention to whom my post my concern.

After paying $125.00 for a 10 year old kitchen faucet replacement to American Home Shield they scheduled Proven Professional to come to my residence to replace the faucet. When the plumber arrived, all he did was take pictures of the faucet and indicate he did not have it in stock, so it would have to be ordered and Proven Professional should have it in two days and he would come back out to replace the faucet. Two days later I get an email to contact AHS, indicating that my claim was denied based on the diagnosis of the Proven Professional plumber. Moments later I Then receive a proposal from Proven Professional, for $474.00 to replace a simple kitchen faucet. I had previously purchased a faucet from home depot, but I became ill and I'm on supplemental oxygen. However I will replace the faucet myself rather than be out of pocket $602.00 Total to replace a kitchen faucet that costs around $77 at home depot.

    The technicians were excellent !!
    Courteous,on time, willing to explain.
BUT the office would never respond to email or return calls. Very UNPROFESSIONAL .
I had to call AHS in the Philippines 3x and the agent tried to contact them. Hopefully they improve their communication.
If you have a question forget trying to talk to the office.

Absolutely terrible, do not use. Our home warranty company sent Proven Professionals out to address a leaking shower. The tech barely even glanced at the shower before cutting 13 holes in our kitchen ceiling and two walls upstairs only to later discover that it was just a crack in the caulking between the shower and the floor. Any reasonable plumber would have checked for this first. Furthermore, he proceeded to tell us that he didn't make this kind of repair and just left! So we were left with 13 fresh holes and still had the leaky shower we started with. When I called to complain they apologized but said they couldn't do anything about it...they did nothing. Run in the other direction and if your home warranty company sends Proven Professional request someone else immediately.

Great communication (texting and emails) and arrived in a timely manner. Sent text notification to me to show where driver was en route to my house (even came with an online map showing route to my house). Awesome! Jerel was the tech who came out and was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about the equipment. Quickly replaced garbage disposal and showed me how to use it and how to register it online for warranty coverage. Even though this was a recall for the same product, I feel they gave me the attention I needed to get the job done right with product replacement and a new tech. Thanks.

Proven Professional Construction Services provided the work through our home warranty company. The warranty company initially denied the work, but Robert called to inform me that he was going to communicate with the warranty company to get the approval. I appreciated Robert's help in this regard.

Stay away from this company. They are crooks. Them troubleshoot a water heater issue thru my home warranty company. The investigated and said new water heater is needed. That was a lie. They stated they need to install new item to bring my plumbing up to code. That was lie. They charged my over $700 for the parts to be used to bring up to code. I got to home depot to price those items and they cost less than $200. To make matters worst after have another plumber come investigate the job it was determined they didnt even install some of the items they charged me $700 for.

Let me first state that my rating is based on 2 experiences with a single employee, Brandon. I was twice assigned this company by AHS warranty for two separate properties and had issues both times. Kudos to AHS for reassigning the request without charging another service visit fee.
The first property visit was from Oct 2021 to repair various toilet issues. Before doing anything, Brandon checked the water pressure outside and reported that the pressure was above 100psi and that he could not perform warranty work unless I paid out of pocket for a fix for this pressure issue. I didn't believe him and asked to speak to his manager. While talking to his manager on the phone, Brandon quickly replaced a $10 toilet fill valve and then dashed away before I could talk to him, leaving everything else unrepaired.
I immediately then purchased a water pressure gauge so that I could verify the pressure then as well if I had a similar future issue again.
Fast forward 5 months later to March 2022. At another property I have some faucet water flow issues. I am certain its normal wear and tear on certain 17 year old fixtures. AHS assigns Proven Professional and coincidentally Brandon is again assigned. Because it's a different property, he doesn't recognize me and immediately does the "water pressure" scam again and reports that I have over 100psi and need to authorize unwarrantied services before can proceed. I then remind him of our last encounter and before I can get my gauge on the faucet (which BTW reports 80psi), he is out of my driveway.
I can't speak for all of their technicians, but beware of Brandon.

We had a bad faucet in our daughter’s bathroom. American Home Shield scheduled an appointment with PPCS. Robert came out, was very friendly and professional. He assessed the problem quickly and got our part ordered. I couldn’t be happier with their service!!! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Robert and Kyle installed my hot water heater. They were very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Robert took the time to explain the different setting on the heater and the details of the warranty. Great job.

Although I would have preferred not to have to write this review, when the manager, Dee, called me liar, she left me no choice. I would avoid this company at all costs. This company, particularly the office "staff" was TOTALLY NON RESPONSIVE, rude, condescending, unprofessional and made promises that they seemingly had no intention on keeping. I was forced to use them by my warranty company, American Home Shield. When they finally (after approximately 3 weeks of BS excuses) did show up to do the installation, they (oops) negligently failed to adequately tighten a fitting, which very nearly led to a second flooding of the house, and a recurrence of the situation that had required us to vacate the house for
5 weeks. (The initial flooding was not their fault)
Let me just say this CAVEAT EMPTOR ..."Let the Buyer beware".
The entire experience was a nightmare!
There MUST be preferable companies out there!
    You have been forewarned!!

PPCS is attached to the warranty running on my home so they respond on problems with my plumbing - in this case the hot water heater. I can only praise the care and knowledge of the staff at Proven Professionals - the technician dispatched to my property, Robert, worked with me to understand the problem and then made insightful diagnosis to troubleshoot the failing water heater. I really appreciated the continuity over the sequence of visits and Robert always showed up with a smile on his face to do battle with my stubborn house. A+++

I can't speak for the company much, they were selected by our home warranty. They did fail to respond to my email asking about rescheduling but luckily I got home just in time.
The plumber was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and resolved our issue. So 4 stars for the actual technician who was so helpful.

A replacement hot water heater was installed in my home by PPCS; I thought the quote was a bit high but needed a replacement quickly. The work site was not cleaned up when the installer left. After about three weeks Mike and Tyler came to repair a natural gas leak in the hose that lead to the water heater. They were prompt and very professional and repaired the leak quickly.

just wanted to share about our experience yesterday. We had a hot water heater install that took no time at all. short while later, after business hours, we realized there was no water pressure and it was not hot... I left a voicemail and a call was returned within 20 minutes (after hours!) with polite and very helpful instructions over the phone! We appreciated the quick response! Thanks again

AHS dispatched PPCS after the first assigned plumber did not respond. Brandon with PPCS came out and assessed the problem. He took pictures and needed to get further approval from AHS as the problem seemed more complex than a simple fix. I needed the leak fixed, so I agreed to the added cost. Brandon came back out on the day and well within the timeframe quoted me and fixed the problem within minutes! He checked back with his home base because of the quick fix, and I was not charged the extra amount. This is professional, honest service! Brandon didn't mind me watching as he made the repair. He is very personable and pleasant, and he came in with guards on his shoes and mask on his face. Thank you PPCS for not taking advantage of the situation, especially with me being a female homeowner. I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing repairs/installs!!
