Robert and Mario came out and fixed our shower valves right away today! Not only were they on time for the appointment, they were kind, courteous, and professional! The communication from the office could be better, but besides that and some phone tag, they came out and did a great job and that is the most important. Awesome Job Proven Professional Construction Services.

Brandon came to my house 3-4 times to fix a water leak covered by the insurance. He claimed the leak was in the heater and the external hose faucet and not covered by the insurance. He made me pay the fix myself to realize that the water leak was somewhere else. Then, came again to detect the leak inside the house. Then, he told the insurance that i have to hire someone else to remove the hardwood for him to access the pipe. After complaining back and forward with the insurance, they finally got me another plumber that fixed everything in one visit.

Great company! They replaced my water heater through Home Serve. They came out quick, and did the repair and finally the new water heater installation. They were very professional, they always got back to me very quickly when I had questions. I would work with them again definitely. Highly recommend. Reading the other reviews on here, I think they complaints should mostly go to the insurance companies, not this company. I had to push with my insurance a bit, but Proven Professional was great- everyone I interacted with!

Proven Professional Construction Services was sent by insurance company to repair my outside sewer line. They were prompt, efficient and very detailed on what they were doing and what needed to be done. They also came back and redid the cement cover so it would fit properly. Thank you all very much.

They come to me via AHS and fix my shower and leave my wall looking like the photo. This is thier fault and American Home Shield! I wouldn't use either again. They have no pride in their work. After all was said and done I still didn't have sustained hot water until I went and bought a new shower head and installed it myself and low and behold I now have sustained hot water in my shower. Now I have a hole to fix that Most likely didn't need to be done.

Good company! They fixed our outside water leak through Home Serve. Robert did the initial assessment and clearly detailed the overall Home Serve process. Their office kept me properly informed throughout the process with regular updates. Then Brandon and Mario came by and fixed the water leak on the scheduled date. Overall their office staff and field technicians were punctual, pleasant and professional. I am happy with their service.
