I had an excellent experience with Mr. Dylan Quick from Poole’s plumbing. He was sent through Toll brothers as part of a warranty request to fix the hose bib outside our home. His warm, friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He fixed the hose bib quickly and efficiently, showing great expertise. What impressed me the most was his professionalism combined with a personal touch. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of fast, reliable plumbing services!

I thank myself every day that I went with Poole's Plumbing for my water heater change. From the estimate to the installation, everything went very smoothly. The price was by far the best I got and the service was perfect. I highly recommend using them and I will definitely give them a call next time I need a plumber.

Poole’s Plumbing as brought back the art of Customer Service to the former glory of what it used to be. This is the first time I have used this company, but it certainly will not be the last. The Technicians were kind and knowledgeable and the workmanship was impeccably neat. The office management was also kind and professional and set the tone for how this whole series of events panned out. Promptness and attention to detail while carrying a smile seems to be the normal mode of operation for this company and its’ associates. I have been a Poole's Plumbing customer for about 10 years. Their service has always been excellent from the scheduling of your appointment with their pleasant customer service reps to the quality of the plumber who arrives at your door to take care of all of your repairs or replacements.They are quick to return to handle any adjustments that may be necessary after the repair has been completed(which is very rare) and honor all of their warranties- no hassles . They want you to be completely satisfied with the work completed. Give them a try!

Project 1: Install tankless water heater.
Highlight: Recommended by a competitor.

We had four companies give us a quote for replacing our natural gas tank water heater with a tankless. One competitor told us that based on the complexity of the install, he would recommend Poole’s Plumbing. And that is who we used. The job consisted of removing the existing natural gas tank water heater, all of it’s venting and sealing all holes where the vent used to be (the old venting was no longer to code). Then installing a direct vent, condensing, non-recirculating new tankless water heater in a new location, installing a condensate pump, and rerouting the plumbing and gas lines to the new location. I would, and have, use them again.

Project2: Install hot water recirculation pump in home that does not have a dedicated return line.

Workmanship: “They do good work.” –City inspector.

Results: From 3 minutes to 3 seconds.

Previously, I had a traditional gas tank water heater in my basement. With it, it took 1 minute for hot water to show up at the furthest sink (laundry room) on the main floor and it took 1 minute for hot water to show up at the furthest sink on the top floor (master bath) of my three-story home.

When I went tankless I did not want built in recirculation because I was not sure I needed that feature and also because those worked on timers and I would want an on-demand type of recirculation system, i.e. water was not recirculated until a remote is pushed or a motion sensor was activated.

After my tankless was installed, the times went from 1 minute to 3 minutes. And these times were independent of each other. When I got hot water in the master bath and immediately went to the laundry room, it still took 3 minutes for hot water to show up there, and vice versa.

To make a very long story short, when I contacted the tankless manufacturer about an under sink recirc pump, they said the model tankless I purchased cannot support recirculation. I relayed this information to Poole’s who in turn, without me asking, contacted the tankless manufacturer and got a totally different answer. The manufacturer even recommended a brand of pump to use. Poole’s then contacted the pump manufacturer (again without me asking), reviewed my home’s layout with them and came up with a solution. It consists of a no-timer, remote activated stainless steel flanged pump installed at the water heater, a 2 gallon expansion tank, insulating the hot water pipes where possible, stainless and brass thermal bypass values installed at the laundry room sink and another installed in the master bath, a wireless receiver and two remotes.

The results? After pushing the remote button, letting the pump operate and opening the hot water on the faucet, I get hot water at both the laundry room and master bath in 3 seconds. Yes, 3 seconds.

We had two aging original water heaters, one electric and one direct vent gas that needed replacing. Pooles was one of three places that I got quotes from and their quoting rep, Bill, immediately impressed me with his attention to detail and knowledge of what my options were. Bill took measurements inside and out and talked about the exact process for similar replacements or a switch to tankless. In our case, I decided that it made the most sense to convert to tankless and it was clear that they were pros at doing that conversion. The quote also came in the lowest which was a great bonus, but since this is critical house infrastructure I was weighing the decision more on the expertise exhibited at the quoting stage.

When it came time for the install, the techs Henry and Dylan did a fantastic and expert job. They mounted the new unit to the wall, plumbed in a dedicated gas line from the outside meter and very cleanly and neatly plumbed the unit in with our existing water lines and recirculation system. All of the visible hot lines were insulated for efficiency and you can almost not tell we used to have tanks. The before and after photos speak for themselves. They were done in a day and the inspector had no concerns whatsoever. VERY satisfied customer here! Thanks Poole's!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Poole’s Plumbing, and I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service provided by Henry and Andrew. They came to descale my tankless water heater and replace my garbage disposal, and from start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.

Henry and Andrew arrived promptly, explained the work they would be doing in detail, and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Had to have my water heater replaced after old one started leaking. Poole's responded quickly and sent a team out. The guys were professional, and the install they did looked good to me - very neat and replaced my old water and gas valves. I'd definitely would recommend them.

The best plumber I have ever worked with. Not only are the people who work at this company passionate about their craft but they are all extremely respectful and nice people. They made the plumbing issue I experienced get resolved swiftly and efficiently with no issues. Usually when you work with a company you run into 1 or 2 people who are really skilled that work there or respectful but I worked with around 6 different plumbers at Poole's plumbing (it was a very large multi part issue) and they were all excellent. Will use them ANY time I have any plumbing issues.
