My realtor recommended Poole’s when we heard a leak in our walls. Henry and Andrew came within an hour of us calling and they were amazing!! A pipe sprung a leak inside our walls and they not only fixed that but found the culprit and fixed that while they were still here. We just moved into our home and have found our plumbers! They walked us through everything and made us feel much more confident in our home. Thank you both so much!

I paid $1045 Poole’s Plumbing to install my toilets and they installed one of my toilets improperly. When I asked the manager to inspect the issue, he made a false claim that my brand-new toilet had a “casting defect” and that I needed to install roof ventilation for proper drainage.
Because of his incorrect diagnosis, I wasted significant time contacting the manufacturer, requesting a refund, and making multiple trips to Lowe’s to purchase another toilet. I even hired a second licensed plumber for a professional opinion. He confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with my toilet and it only needs a small adjustment to the valve and that no additional ventilation was needed.
It is clear the Poole’s Plumbing manager attempted to upsell unnecessary services and take advantage of the situation. Based on my experience, I highly do not recommend

this was such a great experience. The service tech was professional and very knowledgeable. Fast and friendly service every time. We really appreciated him fixing the main problem, especially when 3 other plumbing companies just passed up on fixing the real issue.
We will definitely call on Poole's Plumbing again in the future!

Thank you, Dylan for your service yesterday. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the service by Poole's Plumbing and highly recommend their team. For example, they installed all of the plumbing in my home approximately 6 years ago and have provided routine maintenance since then such as replacing flappers, draining/cleaning the tankless water heater, and helping me trouble shoot minor issues as they arise.

Henry and Andrew were pros. They did a great job installing our tankless water heater. You can tell they put their heart into what they do. They didn’t just do their job — they genuinely love it.
Heads up also to Jessica — when she learned that we hadn’t had hot water for a week, she was kind enough to adjust the schedule for the water heater installation. We truly appreciate it. Also, thanks to Bill, who provided straightforward answers to my questions before the installation.

Poole's came out to our business next day to service an ongoing problem that two other plumbing companies had tried at before. They quickly solved the issue, but more importantly they explained along the way and discussed next steps to avoid this going forward. Pricing was fair too so I plan to call them first for any future issues.

Poole's Plumbing (PPI) came out and completed a first time intallation of our 2 Aquor Hot+Cold outside faucets. John & Chris did a great job without any flaws. PPi was very reponsive and quicker than we expected. Will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs. We are very happy!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Poole’s Plumbing, and especially from Harry, who was truly exceptional. From the moment they arrived, Harry brought professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for making sure everything in our home was working the way it should.

Our problem was not straightforward and hard to diagnose, and related to both pressure and temperature, in part of the house, and we have tankless system. He took the time to understand our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made us feel completely confident throughout the process. Our water heater went out, a friend referred us to Arbor plumbing and backflow. Michael was very knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. They are affordable and we were more than satisfied with the work we received. We will definitely use them in the future when needed.

I had Arbor Plumbing replace my water heater. I had great communication with them at every step and they were very responsive to my questions. I was charged a fair price for the new tank and installation. Many others had quotes that were extremely high. The techs were professional and left my home clean.

This were the first company out of 6 that was able to repair and certified the backflow in my business. They were very prompt with the quote and scheduling. Eric was very professional, kind and worked quickly. He also educated me on the repair as well as future steps to take. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone. Mike was professional and prompt. He got me on scheduled and had his team come out and do and great job. They showed up early got my problem fixed as well as gave me advice on how to keep my problem drain from clogging.

Our HOA recommended Arbor Plumbing when we had a backflow issue in our townhouse. Michael readily contacted us and sent his crew to help us. Jose and Octavio completed the job professionally; we observed them to be really thoughtful in what they are doing; they came on time and offered solutions quickly, and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I called to have my back flow inspected. The tech came out last Thursday, well the tech told me that my backflow failed inspection. I was told that I needed the part in order to pass inspection. The tech told me that they could get the part and replace it for me. I said ok because I have to have my backflow pass inspection by July 1st of this year. We set up a return date for today 6/24/24. The tech arrived and wouldn't you know it he couldn't get the backflow open in order to repair it 🤔. So the tech told me that he was running behind schedule and that he would return later today around 5 pm and try to repair my backflow. We'll guess what? He never returned and I paid the $117 inspection fee. Let's just say I'm dumbfounded. Now this is just stupid 🙄 I just received an email at 8:30pm this evening with a quote to replace my backflow for $910 on top of the $ 117 I have already paid.

Micheal was very informative, knowledgeable and efficient with time. Glad I found them through google map and will definitely use their service for any plumbing matter from now on.

Eric came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our backflow valve for a reasonable price. They also blow out sprinkler systems to winterize (the best method for an irrigation system) Definitely recommend Arbor Plumbing & backflow!
