Danny helped me fix the water emergency at my home. He knows his work well. Responded quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. I was very satisfied with his work.

I have used Poole's plumbing for installation of our tankless water heater, and later for its maintenance and repair. The water heater later failed on a Saturday morning over a holiday weekend. The on-call technician quickly responded and had the system up and running by the afternoon.
Most recently, Poole Plumbing installed a toilet and replaced a broken faucet in my laundry room. Again, they did a great job.
I find them to be very responsive and professional with reasonable pricing for the services. They are my plumber of choice!

Contacted Poole's Plumbing via their website. Asked for an estimate to replace our hot water tank. Process was simple and easy. Poole's contacted us and provided a solid quote with a good product. Installers were prompt, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. Great job all around and will use again in the future. As a DIY'r, I am very pleased with price and workmanship.

Had Pooles Plumbing come out to diagnose and fix an intermittent issue with my tankless hot water heater. Everything worked like clockwork! The crew who came out was very knowledgable, professional, quickly diagnosing the likely problem and suggesting a good cleaning first before any more costly repairs. It has been working perfectly so far since their visit. I would definitely use them again!

I had a great experience with Poole's plumbing when they came to replace the gas pipe connecting my house to the meter. They were on time, had fair pricing, and were extremely professional. Bill, Henry, Cody, and Dylan worked together from giving me a free estimate, installing the pipe, and then meeting the city inspector all in a timely fashion. Makayla and Jessica were extremely helpful on the phone with scheduling and questions about billing and my quote. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Henry did a fantastic job installing our tankless hot water heater. He was professional, friendly and did excellent work. Jessica managed the process in the office with great customer service. I highly recommend Poole's Plumbing and will use them again for other plumbing projects.

We decided to replace our 11 year old gas hot water heater. Pooles Plumbings quote was lower than 3 other companies. They installed the new heater without incident, but we noticed a smell coming from the hot water. The service manager came out, agreed, and replaced the new water heater. We have had no issues since then. They are professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We highly recommend them

I highly recommend Poole’s Plumbing! They have replaced my water heater, fixed a broken pipe, fixed broken valves under my sink and replaced pipes so my outdoor faucet worked. Each and every time they were outstanding and most importantly very fairly priced! For all of the experiences, it was the first time repairs came in far under what I expected. This last visit, Henry and John were particularly great, Henry inspected all of our toilets to make sure there wasn’t any water leak, because when they looked at the water meter it was moving slightly when the water had been turned off. He went above and beyond. The office staff is great also, very courteous and responsive and make sure to get you what you need.

I had a wonderful experience with Poole's Plumbing. Found a water leak in the line between the meter and my house. They came out promptly and told me everything that needed to happen (cable, gas, sewer lines marked, inspections, etc.). They took care of everything! Everyone with whom I dealt was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. And so very neat! I had to have a long trench to lay new pipe, and just a few days later, neighbors are commenting on how you can barely tell I had the work done! They left my yard looking as good or better than when they left! And they alerted me to a potential electrical grounding issue with my home. No one wants the expense of a water main leak, but I feel very good that I had the best people on the job!!

We had an "emergency" where our new fridge was delivered and delivery team said our water line was bad and they couldn't hook it up. We were without water and needed a plumber ASAP to fix the line - and Poole's was at our house within the hour! They were professional, super kind, and did great work. We will now be using Poole's for all of our plumbing needs and are so impressed with their team!

Came out same day to diagnose a leak in my ceiling, literally within hours. Dylan specifically did a fantastic job of figuring out that it wasn't a bathroom leak, but a roof leak. He was all over trying to find the issue. Ended up finding a terminated vent that was filling with water, he fixed it then and there for a reasonable price. I would have NEVER figured that out. Took some creative thinking. Definitely recommend these guys.

Had a shower issue on the Sunday before Memorial Day. Called Poole's on Tuesday, got an appointment for the next day. Ethan and Chris arrived early, got the work done quickly and exactly on the quoted price. New faucet looks and works great. Quick service, excellent work, reasonable price. We highly recommend Poole's and won't hesitate to call them again.

Poole's Plumbing has saved me more than one. Most recently, while dealing with a death in my family, I had a leak with my hot water heater. Makayla worked with me to figure out a solution and plan. Joseph came out one day to drain the water heater and cap it off. Another gentlemen came to get information to provide an estimate. The estimate was far more than reasonable and fair. Makayla arranged for the install and then on that day, Joseph came out and did the install. An electrician had to come as well to ensure all was in order. All of the individuals above went above and beyond and were nice, polite and kind, but most of all, they were gracious and understanding. I will continue to use Poole's Plumbing and recommend them to everyone I know. They truly care about the customer and about providing a fair and reasonable price.

This is my second experience with Poole's. I've been fully satisfied with the work done in both cases. They did a great job with replacing my kitchen sink and increasing my water pressure (well). Will def use them again for my plumbing needs

Poole's Plumbing recently replaced our faucet in our bathroom. They navigated receiving the wrong handles and were able to quickly get the correct handles for our faucet. Joey and Dylan and Nick were amazing and did the job perfectly. Jessica and Tim were invaluable in scheduling this service and getting the correct handles. Based on strong referrals from two of my neighbors, I contacted Poole’s Plumbing for a proposal to replace my 40-gallon attic water heater with a tankless system. I also received proposals from two other plumbing companies, and Poole’s offered the most competitive estimate. More importantly, I felt confident and comfortable with their representative, who prepared a clear, detailed estimate outlining four solid options.

I even asked for a second site visit to clarify the placement of the unit, which was scheduled promptly and handled professionally. Throughout the process, Makayla in the office kept me fully informed and was a pleasure to work with.

Installation was scheduled quickly. Henry and Andrew arrived right on time and worked through most of the day. As someone who’s a bit OCD about home projects, I was thoroughly satisfied with their workmanship, attention to detail, and the time they took to explain the system. The new condensing and recirculating tankless unit was up and running smoothly by the end of the day.

The following day, the installation passed inspection by Johnston County without a hitch—the inspector even commented on the quality of the work.
