I used ST Mechanical to replace 3 HVAC units at my business, a total of 33 tons, and I can’t say enough good things about them as a whole. From the initial meet for the estimate, the pricing, the execution of install, to the follow up over the next year. Called in June to come out for an estimate for a heat pump installation. Scott said he would give me a call to set up an appointment. Two weeks went by and I called and Scott told me he forgot to put me on the "board"?? He came out the next day and I gave him my e-mail to send me an estimate. It is now Aug 24, two months later, and I have not heard back from him and I check my e-mail and spam folder every day. I am renovating my house and for the past 6 months this is what I have had to put up with so many businesses. They came highly recommended, but I suggest use this company if you have 5 years to wait for a reply.

I called and left a message on Saturday evening to have my mom's HVAC system serviced. Monday morning at 8:30 I received a call to set up the appointment. I didn't see the message until 9:30, but since they had serviced her system last year, they just went on out and took care of it. Derek came to check our HVAC unit this afternoon. He was efficient and took the time to explain what was going on.

Waited a week for them to unclog a drain and they never even called me to let me know they needed to reschedule. I had to call them to find out they weren’t going to show up to my scheduled service. I went with a another company. I would not recommended any branch of advanced appliance repair.

We have been a customer of Advanced Appliance for several years, They just recently replaced the motor in our septic tank. Their service technicians were excellent, very polite and professional. I give them a 5 star anytime. Great Company.

My first bad review ever. I told myself I would never leave a bad review just because I know it hurts people. I can overlook a lot of things, but to consistently get lied to. I am not even getting into the detaills here but I promise you do not hire this company. If you have to work with them for a warranty issue, call and request another company.
