This is the 2nd time that I have had a cancellation with Advanced since working with them through the years. They put me on the schedule for a 1-5 slot. Then to call at 3:30 and say that they need to reschedule for TWO DAYS LATER. My HVAC is out and I took off work and they casually call to reschedule not knowing that people take off work for this.

Advanced Appliances is one of my preferred choices for handling warranty-related claims.** Their team of skilled technicians is incredibly knowledgeable and always comes prepared to tackle any issue with expertise and efficiency. Additionally, their office team makes appointment scheduling a breeze—quick, easy, and flexible to fit my needs. From their professionalism to their attention to detail, Advanced Appliances consistently delivers high-quality service, making them a trusted partner for all my appliance needs. Here recently I had a long drawn out battle with my Home Warranty company & Advanced sent out a veteran appliance technician by the name of Craig who was VERY knowledgeable, kept me informed on the process from diagnostic of my Samsung Refrigerator to the repair. This company both the High Point & Winston-Salem location ALWAYS dispatched very knowledgeable & skilled technicians. I will always prefer & suggest Advance Appliances are on my Home Warranty claim as my contractor company of choice. I’m very pleased

Carlos Fernandez came and cleaned our vents and did a phenomenal job! He was here 2 complete days! He cleaned the registers and the floors where the registers had been. He worked harder than I have had a person work in my house in a very long time. He was professional from the moment he walked in the door until he left late on the 2nd day. I highly recommend Advanced Appliance for all of your needs. We have used them for 30 years!

The technician who came to my home , Matthew D., was very professional and showed great concern for completing the job and having everything working properly. He went above and beyond.

Hunter is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He takes time to listen, diagnose the issue and then explain the problem thoroughly. I would give him a 20 out of 10.

What an AWFUL company, please stay away from them. Instead of taking care of the issue for which they were called for, they tried to make up some unwarranted problems so that they can make more money. Very shady business practice.
DO NOT trust their diagnostics as they were clueless an inaccurate on most of what they told us was wrong with the unit.

The install went well. Andy and Mason completed the install and were very professional. I am pleased with service I received from SBS.

Great job done by Mike and Brian. I had other estimates but by far SBS had the best price with more bang for the buck.

Use only if you want to deal with people who don't care. Lied about submitting my information to warranty company, after over 2 weeks of trying to get ac repaired, found a different contractor.

Thank goodness they are NO longer Home Shield contractors! DO NOT use if you have a REAL problem. We have dealt with them for about 6 months. Nothing has been repaired and all we have gotten is excuses. They do the bare minimum

SBS came when they said they would. They replaced our AC system and it seems that they did great job. They did it all efficiently and kept it all clean. It is wonderful to have a cool home again!

For you to suggest that I made profane, lewd or threatening conversation with your staff is categorically false. I did not such thing and furthers my argument that your business practices/ethics are questionable. I did none of those things, NONE. The only "threat" I made was that I would be writing reviews and alerting others to your standard operating practice and I certainly did not say anything lewd or profane. As for your technician leaving my house at 1:05, I find that hard to believe since I received a text from you that the service call ended at 12:50.

Christina and the team did such a super fantastic job for my sister in law here in High Point that my sister in law referred SBS to a friend in Burlington. Both are very pleased with the work and the money they saved based on other estimates they were given. SBS is Simply Better Service.

Drake came out to my house on July 2nd. He was incredibly courteous and professional. The work required more time than first thought, and although is had to be 200+ degrees in the attic, Drake remained courteous and very professional. Thanks to him, and SBS-NC, we'll have a great 4th of July celebration with our family and friends.!

Drake was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. He wore a mask and gloves as we discussed the problem and was able to make the repair without coming inside the house. Great service.

These guys were the best!! On time, very very respectful, professional at what they do!! These guys were so dedicated to the job that they did not even take a break until they had us up and running.
