My ac shut down, Tyler had the problem identified and fixed in 20 minutes!!! He and his helper were super nice and friendly. And get this......they were EARLY and gave plenty of notice they were on the way. I will definitely keep Triad as my new hvac people!

Today we had an appointment with “this male” called Adam. As I stated to Lindsay, who have been who I have been dealing with in terms of scheduling, my husband and I have never felt so disrespected nor have we ever experienced such a racially charged meeting like this. My husband stood in for me at the meeting while I was at work and not only did he tell me about the events that transpired but it was confirmed through our indoor and outdoor video surveillance. Adam was at our house no more than a mere 15 minutes. He appeared to be “uncomfortable at our home.” He did not take any measurements. According, to my husband, Adam questioned why we wanted mini split units. He asked my husband questions that clearly appeared to be racially motivated…

JUST because we do not live in a neighborhood looks rich… you should never judge a book by its cover….

I would rather pay double elsewhere than DEAL WITH this company!

My AC was fixed in no time! Businesses are usually backed up on hot days. They were able to come out sooner than expected, had the parts to do the repair, and were finished in no time. We’re all very happy that we’ll sleep cool tonight!

Jeff is really great and always explains and answers my questions. He did a thorough job checking and cleaning the furnace and mini split equipment.

A gas leak was discovered in my residence during a crawl space inspection. Triad was able to schedule an appointment for the next day after the gas company had capped off the line. Tyler was very professional and addressed the issue quickly and efficiently.

He also showed interest in my needs. This is my first experience dealing with them and I am glad I chose them. A satisfied customer.

We were having an issue with one of our A/C units and Chase came out to troubleshoot. He was only here for about 10 minutes when he had discovered what it was a quickly fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional and would want him to come out in the future!

Efficient and professional service. The work went smoothly. All the service personnel were great and kept us informed about the status of the job. The new efficient furnace is already saving us money. Got my natural gas bill today and it was $120 less than the same time period last year. We couldn’t be happier.
