Samuel Johnson was our Service Tech today. He did a thorough inspection of our heating and cooling system, and replaced our filter. He was very prompt in arriving, and did a great job. From the Service Techs, to the sales staff, to the office staff, Triad Heating and Cooling is an excellent company. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have chosen them as our HVAC service and sales company!

Incredible service! Jeff is amazing, he goes far beyond the maintenance. He saw other things under the house that needed future attention that didn’t have anything to do with the HVAC system. Took photos & showed us so we now know exactly what’s going on. We’ve been using Triad Heating & Cooling for years & it always exceeds our expectations. They genuinually care about they’re customers.

Daniel was very pleasant. Very Friendly! Did a proper diagnostic changed the filer and reassured us that the furnace was functioning properly! Did a quick check on the AC unit also clearing away some debris. Always appreciate the great technicians and their quality care!

Mr. Jeff Barnes was great. He gave me an education and knew exactly what was going on with my "broken" but evidently not so broken unit. He was very professional and pleasant and even tolerated my dog getting excited, jumping up at him (a large shepherd), and barking when he came in the house.

The secretary at Jonesville office was very nice and responded quickly to have Jeff / tech. to come after his work day was ending and fix the problem with our mini split. Thank to both of you .

Our air conditioning went out on a hot June day and Jeff was able to come out and fix it the same day. The service and professionalism is unequaled and I will be using Triad Heating & Cooling for all our HVAC needs. They have provided me excellent service for years.

This company is the best. Called them at 4:30 with an AC problem by 6:00 Zach was here. He diagnosed my problem, replaced the part and had the cool air flowing in no time. He was respectful, knowledgeable and took his time to answer questions. Can’t imagine I would ever call any other company. The girls in the office are always friendly and will call to keep you posted on who is coming and when. Just wonderful!!!

Zach came out to the house as quickly as possible. He called me twice to let me know how long it would before he arrived and again went he got to my rent house. He got right to work and then explained the issues. He gave a couple of options and suggestions. I have had triad/custom heating and air several years now and they never disappoint. Our AC seemed like it wanted to come on at times but didn't. I wanted someone to come take a look to see what the issue might be. The technician, Zach, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and quickly checked the system. He explained everything clearly and in a friendly way, which put us at ease. Jeff's expertise is invaluable. He is knowledgeable, honest and kind. He diagnosed our furnace problem within minutes. Although we could not afford the cost of the parts we needed, at least we found out what was wrong. We would definately ask for Jeff in the future.

Tony Martin provided us with excellent service. He was very knowledgeable concerning the repair and explained the cause and repair process in a way anyone could understand. He was very polite and possesses a great personality. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone needing AC repair and service.

Zach came and serviced our HVAC and did a great job. He taught me how to change the filter and he was extremely knowledgeable! He was also super friendly. I do sometimes get worried having men come to my home when I’m alone but Zach was so sweet and such a professional. I 100% would love for him to be the one to come back for future visits! He also gave me a great video game recommendation and was a fan of my two cats! Thank you Zach for everything!

Jeff Barnes with Triad Heating & Cooling is great. He came out in 17 degree weather on a Sunday to service my furnace, and check my heat pump system. As always, he was fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. He had my system back up and Heating in no time, and answered all my questions without any problems. Got my home warming back up in no time. Excellent service from exceptional people. Thank you!

Recently had the pleasure of working with both Jeff and Adam on our HVAC system and both experiences were excellent. They’re very competent at their jobs and do very good work. They are also timely which is nice in this day and age. Highly recommend this company.

Jeff was out here within a few hours of our service request to get our 17 year-old HVAC with a cooked blower motor back up and running during one of the big cold snaps. He's a polite and knowledgeable guy who explained what he found before asking for the go-ahead on the repair, and it doesn't hurt that the steps he went through were also thoroughly detailed on the invoice. A good experience, and we'll be calling Triad H&C again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I called and within an hour they were at my house to fix the problem. They were very professional and courtesy. I would recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

They went ABOVE and BEYOND helping us with our AC unit. The fan motor went out on one of the hottest and muggiest summer days so far and they quickly responded and fixed our unit, on July 4th no less!!!
