Came home at 11pm to find the AC out on the hottest day of the year. A friend recommended Chip and Airflo. I called them by 8am the next day. Chip called me twice the next day, and arrived on time as promised. They repaired the problem within 1 hour. Excellent service, courteous. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Called Chip LATE on a Sunday thinking I would get a machine and end up waiting with no AC. Wrong. Chip answered the phone and was at my house within 35 minutes working to get it fixed. Had to order a part and he called me at 8:00 Monday morning letting me know they were on the way. Ended up finding a different core problem, fixed it, explained what was going on and had my air fixed pronto. HIGHLY recommend this crew.

The heating unit had to be replaced in a rental property I owned and I was not in a position to physically meet with and speak with possible contractors to replace system. Chip from Airflo Heating was the 1st person I spoke with and I wanted to hire him immediately after speaking with him. He just put me at ease about the whole process and I really felt that he was trustworthy. However I did do my due diligence and receive additional quotes from different companies but in the end I went with Chip. My husband and I have never felt the need to leave reviews on services before but here it's well deserved. Chip kept us informed every step of the way, he took care of everything up to and including registering our systems warranty. Immediately after work was completed we received all required documents via mail for the HVAC system. We ended up replacing our entire HVAC system because it made sense and his pricing was the lowest quote we received. I have no problem recommending this company to family and friends.

I have lived in my home (Jamestown, NC) for nineteen years and have never been cool in the summer or warm in the winter. Chip and his son were recommended by a good friend of mine, and when she said "I would never go to anyone else for heat and air service," I gave them a call. They installed new AC and fixed the duct work in my attic that was put in all wrong when the house was built! I am now super cool in the super hot summer we are having in North Carolina! Now I can say "I would never have anyone else for heat and air service!" Thank You Airflow.

I cannot begin to explain the level of service Chip and Robert have extended to me. They went above and beyond anything I would have ever expected and did not stop until they found the problem. They are both professional and caring and I cannot thank them enough for getting me through this heating issue. AirFlo stands by their work.

I’ve worked with the guys at Airflo a few times and they always have provided top notch service and taken care of our needs. I called at 6:30 am when our system stopped working the night before and they came out the same day. In a day when good customer service is discounted and hard to find, it is what I have experienced them. I even tried to pay extra as a tip and they wouldn’t accept it- just asked that we call again next time.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! Not only were there at my house in under 15 minutes, they did an assessment and knew exactly what the problem was. They worked here all day yesterday to make sure that the job was done right and when they ran into another problem, they rolled with it, they did not price gouge us, they treated us fairly, they were professional, they were very friendly and down to earth. This is who we will be using from now on for all of our heat and air concerns, I highly recommend them!! And the top it all off, they came back this morning just to make sure that the system had cooled the house down and make sure everything was running smoothly. You really can't get service like that anymore, but all of these gentlemen give you AAAAA+++++++ service. If you need someone for your house, you should call these gentlemen!!!

Very good service and these guys are very knowledgeable. Called on Saturday morning and they were out within an hour as promised. Chip took care of my furnace issue very quickly, explained the problem, and gave me tips on how to avoid it happening again. They only charged me a service call for the visit. Their rates are very good. I'll continue to use them for HVAC needs.

Called Airflow on a Friday to get a quote. Chip came out and gave estimate on Saturday. Heath and crew had unit installed and running by Tuesday afternoon. They did good work at a fair price with professional conduct. I have recommended them to others.

AIRFLO Heating and Cooling saved me in more ways than one. I’d just arrived back in town from a 2 week business trip just to discover my air went out and it was the hottest day we've had this summer. It was 90 degrees inside my home when I arrived from the airport. In addition to it being the hottest day, it was also the weekend and after hours. I called several companies prior to calling my boyfriend who was about 3 hours away and he called this company to come out to my home in High Point. A Technician name Chip with a professional and great personality arrived just a couple of hours later and he resolved my AC issue by replacing the AC Capacitor and in less than 10 minutes my AC was up and running like new. To my surprise when I attempted to pay the Technician, he informed me that my boyfriend had already taken care of the invoice and I had a zero balance. He handed me a receipt and to my surprise, again, I looked at receipt and the price was very inexpensive compared to all the other companies I tried calling for a weekend/after-hours service call. My neighbor was quite impressed with the company fast and inexpensive service as well so I shared the company contact information with my neighbor. Monday morning at work, I heard my coworker complain about her AC issues at home, so I shared this company contact information with her as well. This company is a true life saver! I truly HIGHLY recommend this company for all heating and cooling needs. AIRFLO receives an A+ in my book!

After 2 months of runaround with our AWFUL home warranty company First American, and after sending us two terrible contractors over 10 appointments, I called Airflo per a friend's recommendation. Chip and Heath were great. Prompt, knowledgeable, honest, professional, and fair in price. I will call them again in the future.

I had met Chip a year prior to this install when he came out to quote the job. We had several quotes and the cost varied dramatically. We held off for a year as the quotes were ridiculously high except for Chips. which made me question his quote to be legit. We had most of the same companies come back and quote the install again. Chips quote was consistent as last year's quote while the others dropped a little. This told me that Chip was not part of the gouging process other companies were doing, taking advantage of Covid times. Long story short, Chip is a man of integrity. You can trust chip and his company to do a quality install in a timely manner. Even my wife made a comment of how courteous, polite and professional Chip and his crew was throughout the installation. In the end, I realized how we can all fall prey to the dog and pony show a lot of companies put on to capture our business. We are so glad that we weeded through salesmanship and chose Airflow to install our HVAC system.

I came home to no AC and originally called another company only because they were first up on Google. Long story short, the call taker was rude and apparently did not need my business. Airflo was my second call. Chip answered my call and explained that things have been very hectic for him and he could not get out to service me until the next morning. I was fine with that, but was surprised when he pulled off the road (he was between stops) and went component by component with me until we found the problem. Problem solved! No need for him to come out after all. Service like that does not exist anymore!! He could have easily come out the next day and charged me whatever he wanted. He was very knowledgeable and pointed me to every component over the phone. Also, if he did have to come out, the stop fee was half of the first company I called. Very good guy in my book!!

My experience with Airflo today was exceptional. The price was incredibly reasonable; they had me fixed and ready to go for less than the cost most companies charge to simply diagnose the issue. My heater stopped working in the middle of the night. Airflo was the first company I called in the morning and to my surprise, I was delighted to hear they would be at my home in a very short amount of time. Right on time, maybe even a bit early, Chip Bryant and his son were at my doorstep ready to help get my heat working again. Within 3 minutes they isolated the problem. A quick run out to the van to pull the part I needed and in less than 10 minutes the Bryant's were finished, on their way to the next job. They even checked my pump out back to make sure everything looked ok... I didn't even have to ask! I couldn't have been more pleased - super great service. I recently called Airflo to fix my heater on 4/7/2016. It worked for a week and then it started blowing out cold air. I called them back and they said I needed a new plate for my heater. This is when the service went from a satisfied customer to a very unsatisfied customer. The owner Chip told me he would order the plate and would call me when the part came in. However, I had to continually call Chip because I never hear from him once the date had passed for the part arriving. Once the part arrived he cancelled several appointments to fix my heater. After so many missed appointments, Chip lost the part and had to reorder the part again. After never receiving a call to inform me the part was in again (He told me the part would arrive within 2 day) , I decided to call him after 6 days had passed to ask the status of the part. He told me he would check and call me right back. I waited for 4 hours without a call back and decided I had given him more time than I should have so I called him back and told him not to worry about the part anymore since his actions had showed me he wasn't interested in fixing my heater. I'm glad the weather was mild and didn't require a quick repair. If you want a dependable person who keeps his word and repairs promptly, do not use this repair shop. I was misled by the positive reviews posted.

I was in need of an entire AC replacement for both indoor and outdoor units. After my first phone call with Chip, he came to my rescue by getting me a next day appointment to visit my home and got me a price within an hour of being there. After he answered a bunch of my questions, I gave him the go-ahead to order a brand new Rheem indoor and outdoor system for my home and he got me into his busy schedule to install just a few days later, which is quite impressive due to the current economy of material and labor shortage! He was very responsive to ALL my texts and calls and I would highly recommend him and his team.

We needed to replace all our HVAC units. Chip listened to our needs and addressed them quickly with a very clear and succinct proposal. He provided new systems that fit into a retiree's budget without pressure or trying to upsell.
We found them honest, trusting and trustworthy, responsible, respectful and friendly.
We were always able to easily contact them and they always called with updates and when they were on their way.
They answered all our questions and made sure we understood and were satisfied with the answer. Installation was no bother and they left the site very clean.
We look forward to regular maintenance from Airflo and are thankful to have a great family business in the neighborhood.

AirFlow is the best!!! 7 years ago my heat/air unit broke in January in the bitter cold. I called several businesses and were all booked out. Then found business, AirFlo. Chip was amazing. He and his crew worked around the clock, in the bitter cold installing our heat/air unit. We are so blessed that we found Air Flo. Yesterday, January 1st, 2025, our unit was not coming on, I reached out to Chip and he immediately made arrangements to come out. We are so grateful for AirFlo to come out on a holiday to repair a broken wire. Again, AirFlo puts their customers first.

I definitely want to recommend Airflo heating and cooling. Chip and his team are very experienced and very knowledgeable. They explained every little detail of what they will do to fix my AC and how they are going to do it. And they worked very hard to find and fix the real problem on our AC. And thier changes are very reasonable. They are not like others who just sell you whole AC unit without trying to find a real root cause of the problem.

Chip and Heath just saved me from spending $6500 for a new unit!!! I came home 2 weeks ago to my gas heat not working. I called my usual HVAC company to come check and they came out on Monday and said that it was an exhaust motor that had disintegrated and needed replacing. That was fine, but I was told that due to the pandemic shipping problems, the $700 part would not be available until at least mid-January. The only other option would be to replace my entire 16-year-old unit for $6500. A friend recommended that I call Chip at Airflo since Chip had done some work on his unit and some of his neighbors’ units in High Point and they all found Chip to be very trustworthy. I called Chip and gave him the model number of my unit and he said he would find the part and call me back. 30 minutes later Chip said he found the part and would get it shipped overnight and would come by the next day to install. The next morning, Chip and Heath called me and then came by and installed the part. I’ve got heat now!!! Total bill was over $200 less than the other company and I would have had to wait until January to get it. Chip didn’t even charge a diagnostic fee! He only charged for the part and a small $69 fee to install. Chip even called the next day to make sure everything was still working. I will only use Airflo from now on!!!

Chip and Heath Bryant along with Justin resolved the issues with our heating and cooling systems. Due to space limitations for our heating unit, Chip efficiently found a unit that would fit with no problem. The cooling unit was not repairable, and Chip located and called with fair estimates for the entire job in a timely manner. Chip updated us every day. The job was done just before the beginning of the hot summer weather.
We can't say enough good things about Chip, Heath and Justin. The team was efficient, professional, friendly, timely and knowledgeable. We recommend Airflo Heating and Cooling to everyone needing service or replacements. They went above and beyond to take care of our heating and cooling needs.
