I had a dripping sound in my closet ceiling. I called my home warranty company who sent Shaun out. He went in the attic and checked my HVAC equipment. He also inspected the equipment in the wall and outside. Finally he caulked my ceiling vent to bring it up to code and help any problem. It was determined my issue was probably not being caused by the HVAC system. Thank you for your patience and thoroughness!

Today, Kendrick and Connor from Comfort First Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to bring comfort back to my home. Our A/C stopped working late last week, and I was initially concerned it was a major issue with the unit. I reached out to my home warranty HVAC provider, but they couldn’t make it out.

As a parent of a small child with special needs and respiratory concerns, this situation was especially urgent. I explained this when I called, and Comfort First made it a priority—Kendrick and Connor arrived promptly and didn’t leave until they figured out exactly what was wrong.

They could have easily claimed it was a bigger issue and tried to upsell me on unnecessary parts or repairs—but they didn’t. They were completely transparent, showing me readings and walking me through what they were checking every step of the way. Their honesty, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out.

I was so impressed with their service that I went ahead and signed up for a routine maintenance program. This kind of customer care is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you, Kendrick and Connor!

Purchased/installed whole house water filtration/conditioning system which consist of sediment filter, carbon filter and no-salt water softener/conditioner. Our house is in Fuquay-Varina.

Before installation I measured (reagent- titration method) water hardness at 12 gpg (205 ppm) which is very hard and after install the hardness was very soft (below measurable limitations).

Entire staff was personable and communicative. Installation was thorough and timely.

We use these folks for both plumbing and HVAC.

Davis Heating & Air is the best. I had an unusual request, that I only need my new HVAC systems line set extended and evacuated. No one else would even return my calls, but Davis did. They sent Derrick out and within a couple hours he had the work completed and everything was working as it should. Derrick was very professional and easy to work with. I will be using Davis Heating & Air from now on, and telling everyone that I know that they should call them as well.

Davis Heating and Air assessed my HVAC needs and gave me a detailed quote. Responded in a timely manner and answered questions that rose. They explained the difference in brands without discussing prices of those systems. They gave me the information needed to make the decision on my own. While installing the system, I was working in my home office and forgot that they were present. All were professional and most importantly they provided me with excellent customer service and did not attempt to overprice me.
