Davis heating and air came to my sons house. That is the side of my house last week. He had not had air in days and it was very hot. Had already called another company that I had used previously to come. They came out before Davis was here 15 minutes and said maybe not 15 minutesand said I need your whole new unit. Davis came out later on that afternoon. Looked at it fixed it while he was here soldering the coils instead of replacing the whole unit which save me a tremendous amount of money thank you Davis heating and air.

New HVAC system installed; System was installed by skilled and courteous technicians who were very respectful of home. Would highly recommend their services.

Excellent contact through Renee. Landon and Alec showed up promptly within an hour to access the situation of our heat pump. They showed up promptly when parts ordered had arrived. Fixed the problem and now we are warm for the winter. Also had them look at our gas logs that had been looked at from a different company last year without it being fixed. They figured out our gas logs were actually fine and the issue was a simple light switch fix saving us hundreds of dollars. Would highly recommend. Great job!😃👏

Derek and Ryan came out for a service call. They were prompt and efficient. The technicians were very thorough and talked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand. They showed me ways to make sure my system was clean and running smoothly. They did not try and over sell me on a new unit, which was refreshing, so they will be the ones we hire when we do need a new one. We have worked with a handful of companies over the years and Davis is the one I would choose to work with in the future.

My story and why I chose Davis Heating and Air of High Point, NC

In the Fall we had a local provider we used multiple times over the years for the two homes (my parents and ours). The service and team was good and cost reasonable. We are big on trust.

Our local provider was purchased by a large organization (they bought multiple local private companies - HVAC) and all of sudden they offer electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. They offer services at no extra cost. All of sudden each time they came out - they try and upsell us on repairs that were not urgent. In the fall they did $2,300 in repairs, we later found out were not necessary. Since we were on the maintenance plan, they came this week for the AC. As you might have guessed - they wanted us to spend $5,200 on repairs or put in a new system for $6,000.

This was fishy, so we talked to some of our friends that use Davis Heating and Air of High Point, NC (Davis) for their home and business. They highly recommended this company for a second opinion.

We called Davis and they said we can be there in two hours. We were surprised at their quick response. When Derrick Nutter (Service Manager) arrived, we quickly connected and found him transparent. He without questioning any specifics from the other provider, got to work to do an assessment on our systems.

After his assessment he took the time to educate us on all the components of our HVAC, and he was clear there were no urgent repairs needed on our unit. He took his time and answered all of our questions and we found him to be honest and genuine!

It is clear working with a local private company is how we were drawn to our original provider in the first place. And how corporate America could impact approach and aggressiveness on upselling.

We are moving our business to Davis Heating and Air of High Point, NC as they are local, private and honest.

Quick service, friendly and helpful technician. Our air condition went out with family visiting from out of town. Called Davis Heating and Air. Sam came out the next morning and got us fixed right up. Great company, great people. High recommend!
