Excellent customer service and prompt service. My 5 ton A/C unit wasn't working properly and one call to Davis Heating & Air had a tech at my door in under two hours. Tommy did a great job in diagnosing the problem and laying out my options for repair along with the associated costs with no pressure. He then proceeded to repair the issue in a timely manner and I'm once again cool as a cucumber! I would not hesitate to call Davis again with any HVAC issues that may come up down the road.

We had a tow motor hit an airline in the plant. This released all the air that runs the entire plant. We called Davis and they were out to repair the line and get us up in running in less than a couple of hours. One of the employees named Alec was very instrumental in helping fix our problem.

Davis HVAC has been my go to for Years, but recently a new Hi-Tech system has been a problem and if not for Derrick I very well may have considered changing Companies, He’s a young man and I have absolute confidence in him getting the job done!! BTW, I have a Pit/Lab mix Dog, for some reason Derrick is the only person that’s ever came into my House that Boone approves of.
