A nightmare from the first day. Not recommended at all.. New system that wont cool house. Your wrong system was put in about about 5 weeks ago.. We have to run a smaller ac along with the one you put in just to keep it cool..

PLEASE STOP AND READ THIS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst decision ever made. I recently had my house build and use this company for my Air & heating unit. (First situation)Two months later my unit stop working this is during cold months in NC (16 degrees). I called and spoke to Carolyn the phone rep she has a very bad attitude as I was explaining the issues I was having with the unit not blowing heat her response was very short and snappy. All she wanted to tell me was the cost $90 to come out and look at the unit. My response was why is this brand new unit not working after two months. She continued to tell me cost to come out. So I just said ok just end the call. The maintenance guy comes out and says sometimes the unit needs tuning up are a reset. I explained to him i only had the unit 2 months why would it need a tune up are reset. He found it funny looking down at the unit. When I didnt fine it funny because I trusted this company. He started fixing on the unit turn out I needed a fan motor for a Brand new unit thats 2 months old really total cost $200. (SECOND TIME) 4 months later after the first situation. I was during some spring cleaning and realize cleaning my floors and vents that no air was coming thru 2 vents so i walked around and checked all the vents. So I called back and guess who answers the phone yep you guess it nasty attitude Caroyln again I explained the issues she again only wanted to tell me the cost to come out. Maintenance comes out go under my house and realize that the air doc wasn't installed tight enough so he fixed it and tightened it. Please Do not use this company they only wants your money. They can careless if your house is freezing cold or Hot.

The units they installed in 2015 are under warranty. One of the units stopped working in early July. The technician came out quickly and got it going again. He determined that the drain was clogged and water had overflowed in the pan triggering the safety switch. He cleaned up the water as best he could, propped a broom under the sagging insulation that was soaked and said he would have to come back in a couple of weeks to replace the insulation.

One week later the ceiling collapsed under that unit due to all the wet insulation.

This was completely unavoidable. Ridiculous.

I gave him a call and he just hung up because I didn't speak spanish! This one might be biased or you may face communication problems. Would not recommend him.

Thank you Austin and Hunter A/C! Especially for coming out on holiday weekend and fast to fix our ac. We have been customers for years. They take care of all of our heat and air issues! Recommend!

Called this place and it goes to some lead generation service called Service Pro. Not even a real company. You call and they sell you as a lead to some random HVAC company.
This type of listing violates Google’s guidelines because:
The business name is not a real legal business name.
There is no real physical business at the location.
It routes calls to a third party. You have been reported to Google.

I am very happy with Arnold Jones' Services. Two days ago (2/18/2025) my AC had problem producing warm air, and I made a call to Arnold Jones. They sent out a technician, James, to check things out on 2/19/2025. James did a great job examining my heat pump and AC unit, and he found out the debris got into my AC external unit's cover and damaged some wirings, so the external unit's fan stopped working. He fixed the problem and watched for 20 minutes to ensure everything working fine before left the site. James is a highly skilled AC pro, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and he also explained to me the benefits of regular maintenance. I am very happy with James' professionalism, his repair job, and the company he represents, and I highly recommend Arnold Jones Services!

Ronnie was great! He explained everything really well. He has a warm, friendly demeanor. Excellent customer service!

Jonathan was also great; he got the job done quickly!

James was very professional and was early for my appointment which I appreciated. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction.

James did an excellent job inspecting and servicing my gaspak furnace. James was polite, well-spoken, on time, and knew his stuff about the equipment. He left me feeling assured that my furnace was in good hands. Once again Arnold Jones Services did a great job by sending such a capable young man to check my furnace! He was so nice and helpful, thank you guys so much I love this company, I wish it wasn't so over priced for single people and elderly, and couples , but I love Ronnie he does a great job, the cost is to much in this economy, people can't swing it, nor do they want to spend a fortune, just saying

During this past hot and humid week, our downstairs a/c went out. The technician who serviced our system, Austin, was prompt, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond to find the parts we needed, requiring two extra trips to pick the parts up, and still had our a/c repaired and running again that same day. We highly recommend Arnold Jones Services. Ask for Austin!

Excellent customer service! I’ve tried to find the right HVAC partner for years. Following a storm there were lots of emergency calls to repair HVAC systems in our area. The lady I spoke with explained that there may not be time that day to conduct repairs as a result. She contacted me later asking if my unit was at ground level, since several calls they ran regarded flooding could not be repaired until they dried out. I was lucky mine wasn’t and their technician (Ronnie) arrived around 4:30 ready to work. Once a programming issue was resolved Ronnie offered some standard maintenance procedures with itemized cost. Basically freon and outside unit cleaning-it was filthy. The callback and professional service provided has earned a place in my contact act list for ongoing service.

I had a fantastic experience with Arnold Jones Services, thanks to Austin! He was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, and completed the job efficiently. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and the respect he showed for my home. It’s not often you find someone as reliable and personable as Austin. Highly recommend him and the company—great service from start to finish!

The gentleman Jamal that came to take a look at my A/C unit was great! He was nice and made sure to explain what he was looking at and what he found. He didn’t speak to me like I’m an idiot and he was honest. After what was found to be the possible issue, I will definitely calling them again when I am able to have it fixed!

James showed up on time. he was neatly dressed in uniform with neat appearance. He explained to me what he was going to do and asked if i had questions. He performed his duties quickly and efficiently. He reported his findings and again asked if I had questions. He cleaned up after his work and left the premises as he found them.
James was professional, did I say efficient, and courteous.

Ronnie was our technician, courteous, professional, straightforward with us after his assessment of the our system. No beating around the bush.

I would recommend Arnold Jones Services to anyone because the company has integrity, and their technicians are very knowledgeable, and thorough. My husband and I have used their services several times and we have not been disappointed .

Austin did an excellent job checking out my furnace. He was professional, and went beyond the call of duty.There were some settings on the thermostat that were set wrong and he fixed all that. I had several questions and he checked everything out and now everything is working perfectly. Kudos to Austin!

Ronnie was very professional and knowledgeable, patient and the most important to me his excellent customer service skills , very friendly. His expertise is awesome.
