Really great experience with Eanes for my electrical issue. Adam was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail, which was nice since I know nothing about wiring. Would definitely recommend!

Our service technician was John Cochran. He did an excellent job checking our furnaces to make sure that everything would be to peak performance for the winter. He had previously been to our home during the summer as well to check our air conditioning units. He is professional and personable as he goes about doing his job. He is an excellent representative for your company. I would recommend Eanes for HVAC work. We have a Preventative Maintenance Service Agreement currently with Eanes as well.

Roberto is amazing! We had a previous contractor tell us that the compressor was shot. Roberto did a deep dive and found a short that was tripping a breaker in the system. I can't say enough about Roberto and his sweet, easy going way with a dose of determination! Great job Roberto and Eanes!

The technician, Keelan Taylor, arrived promptly at the scheduled time one day following the date of my service request. Keelan proved to be very knowledgeable. He very quickly diagnosed my problem and then reviewed all the options available to correctly fix my issue. Surprisingly, with his helper John, they were able to complete the repairs to include the removal and installation of a new water heater during their initial visit. They both were very professional in terms of their demeanor and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend both men and would certainly have them again should I need their assistance with a plumbing issue in the future. Thanks guys !

Not sure how this company got so high reviews on google. On Monday morning, February 9, 2026, we contacted several HVAC companies to compare pricing and services. They quoted similar initial service fees. We chose Eanes only because the representative on the phone told us that if the diagnosed problem turned out not to be the actual issue, the company would take responsibility and we would not be charged extra, which is a lie.
A technician, Edwin Villalobo Medrano, stepped into our house at 8:24 a.m. After a very brief inspection, he stated that our control board was broken and quoted $1,250 to replace it. He pressured us to sign the replacement service. We hesitated because our HVAC is relatively new and the cost was significant, so we mentioned what we had been told on the phone — that if the diagnosis was incorrect, the company would take the risk. The technician immediately said that he had never heard of it and stated that if the control board replacement did not fix the issue, we would still be responsible for additional repairs and costs. This response directly contradicted what we had been told initially on the phone. He put more pressure on us to buy the service, but we were not comfortable to pay this huge amount.

After the technician left, we called our family, and discovered a switch had been turned off. Once the switch was turned back on, the heating system works and control board is working well. The control board was checked by another professional (not from this company) it is totally fine.
Either the technician failed to perform a basic and competent inspection, or he knowingly attempted to sell us an unnecessary $1,250 repair. Moreover, the board costs only $240 top and he charged us $1000 labor and potentially more?!
We believe this situation reflects either unprofessional services or dishonest business practices, along with misrepresentation of company policy. Hope this review helps existing and potential customers!

Excellent experience with Eanes HVAC ! From start to finish. Them team was professional , knowledgeable and friendly. Jason was a pleasure to work with. He took his time in explaining what was the best option in quality and financing for my home. The crew Hector , Jon and Baha arrived on time and worked efficiently in the in the installation process. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up afterwards. No doubt that I chose the best company for the job!!! Highly recommend it for any of your Heating , cooling Plumbing and Electrical issues !

Jeronimo Kameron and Isaiah did a great plumbing job on our house. They replaced the water heater, all of the water lines in the house, all of the faucets as well as one toilet. They worked extremely hard, cleaned everything up afterwards and everything looks great. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Chris arrived at our home on time and was able to replace our evaporator coil, recharge and test our system quickly. He was also able to fix a minor air leak that was causing a vibration in our air handler. When the work was complete, he removed all the parts packaging and cleaned the area. Chris was very personable and polite. The system is running very nicely.

John Cochran was here today! As I walked out to greet him the welcome was warm from him and he proceeded to do his inspection on my heat check up. He changed my filter, cleaned the necessary parts and even installed an indoor flood light! He is absolutely at the top of his profession and the work he did was exceptional! We need people like him in our homes helping us and I can’t say enough praise. Thanks John and will see you for the next maintenance check as I signed up for their maintenance club! Thanks so much…!

John Smith III was an excellent technician. To say he went over and above to address our water leak is not an exaggeration. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and skillful. He let us know what was happening at each phase and found solutions for each new issue that cropped up. I would absolutely request his services again; we were completely satisfied.

Eanes was great! They were the only ones that we could get out to mom’s house same day on a Saturday. Jason was really good with checking the furnace, answering questions, and getting us the info we needed. Highly recommend!

Responded quickly to inquiry for service. Communicated multiple times with my husband prior to coming out. Technicians impressed my husband and that is not an easy task. More winter weather expected in our area and now we know our Dad is going to be warm just the same.

Our technician, Adam was extremely nice and knowledgeable! He installed a light in less than 15 minutes and we feel confident in his wiring, even in our older home! We will definitely use Eanes, and hopefully get Adam, again for electrical work!

We initially had an Eanes technician come out to service our furnace under our service contract. He told us there was an issue with gas pressure that might cost up to $1000 to repair. The gas company then came out and confirmed that gas pressure was fine. Stephen with Eanes came out to follow up and discovered that the first technician had been incorrect and that our system was working perfectly fine. He was meticulous and thorough, and ran several tests. Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend Stephen. He was professional, polite and highly knowledgeable. He also had high quality tools and explained the entire process to us as he was working. A++

Donny & Pascual were A-1 installers, very professional and informative. They both worked all day long in the cold till the job was done. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and they both deserve raises & extra time off with pay!! I want to also thank Mr. Cris Louya for getting the ball rolling and insuring that it was possible for me and my family to be able to purchase a new HVAC unit. These men are God sent and worthy of all the acknowledgements they truly deserve!! 👍🏿👍🏿

Technician was great - professional, prompt, excellent knowledge. Front office is a bit disorganized. I made an afternoon appointment. They moved it up to morning even though I told a manager who called me for permission to make the change, to not do that as I would not be home. Tech showed up and, sure enough, I wasn’t home. Luckily a tech was available for the afternoon - Jonathan. As mentioned above he was excellent! I’ve signed up for the annual home protection program.

Geronimo Lopez was very professional and respectful. He back flushed my Rennai tankless water heater and briefed me on what was done and what he found by flushing. I highly recommend Eanes Heating and cooling and plumbing. And especially Geronimo Lopez.

I called about my hot water heater leaking on a Monday and Eanes was out here Tuesday checking it out. We found multiple issues with the old system (from 2004) and had a new hot water heater installed by mid afternoon. Great techs!

Was able to schedule a next day appointment online and have a technician out in less than 24 hrs. Adam N. and his associate were able to diagnose root cause and quickly update the electrical breaker and wiring issue. Also provided great information on recommended future updates.

We called Eanes because our HVAC unit was not working. It was a positive experience with Eanes from their front office staff to the technicians. They listened, gave us options, were very prompt with setting up our appointments and their service technicians were knowledgeable and respectful.
