Dustan knew I had to leave at a certain time so he got to my house almost a half hour earlier than my appointment and acknowledged that my leaving time was on his work order. He was very professional and courteous and was able to focus even with my barking dog watching his every move!

Everyone was super responsive to us when our heat stopped working a few weeks ago. Repairman came same day. Required an expensive repair that caused us to decide to replace heat & AC systems. Next day they sent a crew of installers to do the job.

I've had Dusty service my heating and air twice now. Super professional and friendly. He had another guy with him I want to say his name is Trey but I'm terrible with names so sorry if it isn't. But they are both great and would reccomend to anyone.

These men are very professional and they are completely honest. They troubleshooted the problem instead of charging you money for parts that do not need replacement. The problem here was a bad thermostat which they replaced and the cost was way less than I expected since they took their time and checked out the gas furnace and found the problem. I am so grateful to have found this hvac company.

Mom is 92 and lives alone. Sunday, Jan 16 (ice storm) she woke up at 6:30. Had power, but no heat. She called Earnhardt and they arrived at 8:00 and got her heat! Thank you for keeping my Mom warm and cool.

They were great. They installed a heat pump. They were very professional and very particular with their work. They said if we ever had any questions to call them. Financing was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them highly.

We had a unit put in roughly 2 years ago and had some issues within the first year that was quickly resolved, a problem with the unit itself not an installation issue, thankfully it was still under the 1 year warranty! Had to call them again recently which turned out to be nothing and they were excellent, super responsive! The tech that came out was very friendly and informative! I know some people have commented on poor customer service but we have not experienced this at all...

I think this is the only 1 star rating I've ever given to a company. I'm generally pretty laid back but that only goes so far. They came out and did a diagnostic for our unit, didn't tell us much - the description of the problem was vague, lots of "it could be this, it's possibly that" etc. It came down to needing a new AC. They said to schedule with them so I could get estimates/options.

Then comes 2 weeks of trying to reach them. I called several times, left voicemails. We got through finally and they said they'd get back to us. A few days ago I got ahold of someone once more, I complained (as nicely as I could) to the receptionist and she told me she couldn't do anything and she'd pass it along to someone higher up. Again, no attempt to contact me after that either. I ended up going with a different/better company.

I don't know, they charged me 80 bucks to give me a vague diagnostic, then dropped all communication. If they're too busy for a new customer, that's totally understandable but a 10 second phone call, email, or text to let me know would have been great. Btw their website says they're available 24/7 - ironic.

I recommend Earnhardt for all your frustrating phone-tag needs.

After nearly 11 years of HVAC service, I recently hired Earnhardt to instal a new heat pump at my house. I was very pleased with the professionalism, pricing and overall installation.

My heat went out over the weekend. I called the office and sent a text. I received a response in a timely manner. Robert came and fixed the problem. I had several conversations with Ashley throughout this process including a follow-up call to make sure everything was working. Her customer service skills are wonderful.

Do not do business with this company. We were turned down a service call from the office manager on 6/26/2019 "We will not be coming because we have been out numerous times and weren't allowed to make the repairs. We are giving that time to other customers that we can help." I have this conversation recorded and saved. The phone auto records. They have been out twice. The first time they replaced the run capacitor which fixed the issue. The second time the AC unit started working and the guy could not pinpoint why it was turning on and off. As soon as he left the unit cut out again. He came back to look at it and said it could be the fan motor. He was going to price it and call us back. Our AC unit started running again for the rest of the summer last year and we NEVER received a call from the tech. We would have never refused repairs. Numerous times is not 2 calls. No repair quotes were ever given.

Earnhardt Heating & Cooling is a honest, trustworthy, & reliable company. They always ensure that each customer is taken care of to their fullest ability. They also have several resources to offer financing to even those who don't have the best credit!

Earnhardt was there for after hours emergency for my family while we were gone on vacation. The tech Dustan was very respectful and helpful in many ways.
