I was exceptionally pleased with all phases of my recent service experience with Earnhardt Heating and Cooling, Inc. Everyone, from the salesperson to the work crew, were kind and courteous. Words can't express how wonderful the owner and his crew worked together to get my air conditioning unit up and running. Also, the work crew did a wonderful job cleaning up after the job was completed. Brandon, the salesperson was very nice as he explained everything that was going to be done and the three options I had for my unit. I am very happy with my air conditioning unit now. My father-in-law recently had a unit installed at his house and he is just as pleased as I am with the service he received. We can already tell the difference and appreciate your recommendation for the air scrubber that was added. In conclusion, I will certainly recommend you to anyone who needs any Heating or Air Conditioning work!

All of the technicians I have worked with have been very knowledgeable and done great work. I'm a property manager in the area and happened to have two commercial HVAC units go out at one time. The install was not standard and required a lot of technical planning, resituating and working around old units in a tight area of the attic. Harold figured out an economical and practical solution that saved our client a lot of paperwork and further demolition expenses.
Harold was great at communicating with not just my office, but our customers as well. He set everyone's expectations and communicated updates throughout the project. Earnhardt handled all the permits and inspections; Everything went smoothly and very efficiently. I could not be happier with their professionalism and communication.

One for each trip they had to make to get my system installed and working properly!

Got an estimate for a new A/C. Cost was almost 2k higher than other co. They tried to put in a much larger ac than we needed. Cost over $100 for the guy to come out. Tell us what was wrong and leave. Was there maybe 15 minutes. Oh well..

Excellent service by tech. Work completed as described. Checked air and heating systems and replaced filters and regulator.

The operator I spoke she was very helpful & concerned. Whomever that was driving the Ram pickup truck with their logo on it needs to understand the way he was driving could kill him or someone else. As someone who is a first responder I've seen more wrecks than I care to remember. Reckless driving is the number one way to wreck. Yes everyone speeds from time to time including myself, however going 20 to 30 mph over the posted speed limit isn't the way to drive.

My AC went out on Friday night. I called the 24/7 number on Saturday morning and left a message. Daniel, the on call service tech, called me back immediately. He came out and repaired the issue with the AC unit. Daniel was very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company from my experience.

I’m very impressed with the quickness in scheduling, and our pro technician Gary. Our upstairs AC unit was struggling through the warm summer afternoons. Gary was quick to diagnose the problem and provide a detailed and honest explanation of the situation including all options for repair/replacement. You could tell he’s been repairing ACs for quite a long time! And I appreciated his honesty when we were discussing brands of new units. (A big investment!) We will be using B&H again if needed, and will certainly recommend them to all our Emerywood neighbors. Thanks again and God bless!
