They installed a whole house system 3 years ago. I called them for a problem and they couldn't fix it for 7 days. I feel sorry for a company to not serve there clients in a more timely manner. I called a competitor and they came the same day. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We have been using Earnhardt for many years now. We started with them with a new Trane heat pump and new air handler. For awhile I had an issue with one of the women in the office but thank goodness her very poor customer service skills are no longer there. We recently had all of our ductwork redone and am very pleased with it. And all the guys that come out are great to work with and I would definitely recommend them for any of your hvac needs.

I have been looking for a good company to service my HVAC at my rental property .... well I can stop looking! This company will be servicing the rest of my units because they did great work servicing my unit . Dustin was my tech and he was very professional , friendly and personable! You can tell he loves his job which means a lot ! Thank you so much for your elite service . See you in the Spring !

Earnhardt Heating & Cooling cannot be beat when it comes to emergency service! My mom has asthma and cannot be without the air conditioning. When their unit suddenly gave out, we gave the staff at Earnhardt a call and in a very short amount of time a technician arrived at their house and diagnosed the problem, but more importantly, he FIXED the problem! I would recommend this company to anyone. Fast and friendly service at its best!!

I have alway had toP notch professional interactions with Earnhardt Heating. They installed my current system with a modern Nest thermostat that has been wonderful! Phone calls are professional, prompt and friendly. The technicians that come out are always professional and work quickly. Prices are always fair and payments are easy. I highly recommend Earnhardt!

The people at Earnhardt Heating&Cooling are simply put AWESOME! They installed my new heating system in one day, and made sure I was able to use it before they left. They cleaned up the mess from the old system. They worked well together, yet you could tell that the team of David, Mike, and Dustin knew what they were doing and enjoyed there jobs. These folks, are down to earth from the service man that first came out and looked at my seventeen year old system. Brandon came out quickly and helped us choose the right affordable unit for our home and budget. By far cheaper than others that we were quoted. David and the Crew did an Excellent job installing the new system both in and outside. Everybody was very friendly and got it done in a timely manner. My experience with Earnhardt Heating and Cooling was great! The whole team was a pleasure to work with. We replaced both HVAC units. They gave us options to fit our needs. We decided on the Daikin Fit for our AC. They showed up on time and stuck with it all day. The crew was courteous and especially with all of us working from home, respectful of our space. The systems work great and are very quiet. I recommend Earnhardt and will use them again if needed.

Have used Earnhardt for many years. Very satisfied with service. Very efficient & timely. Electrician even labled my "electrical box" bc I couldn't read the paper any more. Did not pressure or try to sell anything that was not needed. Very professional in all work they did. Friendly service people! And they painted the cement block where unit was seated! I recommend them highly! The rebates we received were AWESOME!! We have NOT paid a utility bill in TWO MOS.....when we receive the next bill, it will be a PARTIAL bill!! I highly recommend Earnhardt Heating & Cooling. It was a great experience from start to finish. They started and finished the entire project in one day and everyone involved was extremely knowledgeable and professional! Our new Daikin Fit system is extremely quiet and we are running the AC at 4 degrees higher than we are used to.

This is the second time I have used Earnhardt. The first last year for a quick repair to AC. This time furnace failed and after 19 years it was time to replace both. Each member of the team has been professional, nice, explanatory, always on time. They work hard and efficiently. Pricing was much better than I anticipated. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. Would highly recommend.

The service technician was very friendly, prompt, and professional. He followed all Covid-19 guidelines. He answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. The customer service is high quality and professional, too. I am on a service contract and Earnhardt calls to schedule my appointments for twice a year maintenance services. They also send emails as reminders, too! I'm very satisfied with my services. Thank you!

Let me just say I’ll NEVER use another HVAC company! Mr Earnhardt came to our home, himself, on a Sunday to answer a call we placed about our new unit. He and all the techs have always been respectful of our home and time and so very considerate. I could go on and on but I’ll just say if you are looking for a heating and air company…search no more. I called Earnhardt and within a hour, the technician Josh was at my door. He was very professional and friendly from start to finish. He answered all my questions and explained in detail what was wrong with my heater. He was able to pinpoint the issue and repair my heat in no time.
