The young men that installed my new HVAC system could not have been more professional. They arrived on time and performed the job efficiently, they did not allow small admin errors to derail them from getting the work done. They answered any questions and left the job site spotless. Big tip of the cap to Gage and Jeff for showing me what exemplary professional customer service looks like.

We had excellent service today from Eanes. John Cochran was our technician today and he went above and beyond to get our unit diagnosed and working again. It was a long job but he was very positive and upbeat the whole time. Great service!

Our upstairs heater went out in the middle of this winter storm and we kinda panicked but Eanes got back to us faster than any other company and we’re a pleasure to work with. Levi was patient with my questions and worked diligently to get our heat back up and running with new thermostats that worked great! He stayed and helped me set them up on my phone so I knew exactly what I was doing when he was ready to leave. I really appreciate all this company and Levi did for us in our time of need.

My review is mixed....during a winter storm they were able to get a tech out on a Sunday which was great. The tech was great and informative. Our heat exchanger was cracked so we needed a new system. Tech set up the "sales" appointment for the following Monday morning. The "sales" guy came and was nice, we talked and I explicitly told him I wanted nothing to do with a Goodman...to make a long story short, he quoted me 22k on a Daiken (he tried to make them out to be a great company) but they are Lexus of GOODMAN! We reached out to our neighborhood and got multiple recommendations for a local company that quoted us 7k less for better equipment.

Our local guy has already installed and he told us he gets offers every week to be bought out by the big names because they want to be able to quote so high without honest competition.

All in all - service tech was great. Sales not so much!

Louie did a fantastic job making sure that my HVAC systems were working properly. I also asked him to check the Freon level to help me get ahead of the warmer weather. It needed some added, and he readily did so, with some discounts approved by his supervisor. That shows me that Louie took the initiative to please the customer. He is very mannerly and was very pleasant to talk with also.

EANES technicians (Tyler S. And Jason S.) showed promptly on time and began the new system installation. They were very courteous and professional. The tech's explained the various stages of installation. I was never guessing how things were progressing. The work needed was accomplished in a timely manner. At the end of installation they explained how the system worked and showed both my wife and I how the thermostat operated. Clean up was perfect. I highly recommend EANES and the two above technicians.

On a weekend, my elderly and sick mother accidentally turned the HVAC mode to cool and thought the heat was not working correctly. I should have verified before I called, but she never made that mistake in the past so I thought there might be a problem with the heat. I called Eanes and they sent someone within a couple of hours. Louis N came out and was very understanding of what had happened. He turned the heat on and checked the HVAC unit just to make certain all was good. He also waited until it started heating up before leaving and was very pleasant to talk to. We purchased the maintenance membership because it seemed to be a good thing to do and in doing so, it waived the visit fee. If all service technicians were that caring, this world would be a better place. Thank you!

As always, they arrived within the specified window of time and gave me a notification when they were on their way. The technicians were friendly, polite, and professional. They wore booties over their shoes to protect from tracking in dirt or debris; much appreciated! They explained what they were doing, gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions if I had any. They explained the company's annual maintenance plan, which I have had for the last couple years and highly recommend. I am highly satisfied with the service i receive from this company every time they have been to my home.

We were referred to Eanes Heating and Air Conditioning to have our outdoor unit diagnosed. Jason Stockwell was sent to our home to troubleshoot what the issue was. Upon meeting, Jason displayed a charismatic and eager approach towards helping us resolve our issue! Jason went above and beyond in answering all related questions, as well as, giving additional information to questions that arose. I would highly recommend this company based solely off of this one interaction! Thank you again to Jason for such wonderful representation of this company! Roberto was great! He was on time, professional and thoroughly explained everything while showing me a video of his work. I highly recommend Eanes and will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

Jonah and his business partner did a great job in a timely manner. These two men were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me and provided me with options. They even shoveled snow off my porch steps on the way out!

Roberto at Eanes came out when I had some problems with the air handler in the attic. Roberto took plenty of pictures and explained each of them so I could best understand the problem and the solution. Very professional. Very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who needs a qualified HVAC professional

We’ve used EANES before for HVAC services, so we didn’t hesitate to call them when we needed plumbing work. We had a great experience with their plumbing service. The technician, Circ (Max) Walker, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issue clearly and made sure everything was done right. It’s reassuring to work with someone who truly knows their craft and cares about quality. We would absolutely recommend them and will use their services again.

From Chris (Sales) and Tyler (Installer) everyone was prompt, direct on the install process and efficient with their time. I will gladly use Eanes for any future work at my residence. I will recommend them to any of my friends and family. Well done Eanes!

Steve & Team for the past three days have been amazing, professional, and on time every visit. Eanes was recommended by a friend and you guys exceeded my expectations. Charles Dunn I met a few weeks back super amazing. Spencer amazing took time to explain options after a detail inspection of my home built in 1962. This was a huge project that was definitely needed. Eanes team sure they cleaned up all areas, reconnected gas line; later we realize we did not hve any hot water. I called and Steve immediately return to remedy the minor problem of relighting the polite of my Gas Hot Water tank. Steve has a great spirit, much kind and I learned he is a veteran THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE

Great technician who took the time to educate me on what my issue was. Very thorough and polite. Shared pics for further understanding from his IPad.i had also just gotten a huge water bill and he located a leak in my crawl space. He called office and plumber came out. If ye had not heard it. My AC was not cooling and had other companies come in and they couldn't fix the issue and wanted to up sale me into a new AC system. Roberto came today, extremely professional and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. Explain the issue and how he was going to fix it. I waited for the proof before writing this review. It is now cold in my house. Awesome work. I would not only recommend Roberto to everyone but I hope he comes every time to provide my AC unit with maintenance. Thank you!!

At first I was judgmental because our technician was younger, but this young man did an excellent job. He was very open, honest, informative, and respectful. Fixed our inside wall pipe and cut out the dry wall perfectly. Thank you Max Walker!!

I returned a call i missed from Eanes and they said they were calling about a check up on my heatpump system service maintenance. I approved for the to come out and do the service and to my surprise they said they could come today so I said sure please come on out. In about a couple hours Anthony shows up. A very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. He got to doing his work and came to me and said that a compassator was a getting weak and probably should be replaced so I gave him approval to replace it. He showed me meter readings before and after so I could see the difference. I asked about the seasonal service and he explained to me the service and it also saved me cash on this service so I also signed up for it. Very happy with this service tech and so far the company. By the way I used them once before for a repair and they we good then to. I highly recommend this company. Seems very good people.

I contacted Eanes at 1:30 AM this morning after my hot water heater failed late the previous evening. The young lady who answered was incredibly helpful and reassuring. By 8 AM, David arrived to assess the situation and gently explained that my 10-year-old unit had serious issues from the original installation—including a sideways regulator that rendered it ineffective and likely was the issue causing the pilot light to fail frequently over the past 10-15 years. Because of this he made a very rational case for a full replacement rather than repairs.
By noon, David along with Russel was back on site working as a team with a brand-new, professional-grade 50-gallon water heater. They redid the gas piping and plumbing, installed it on a new base, and added the required ballard per code (which the original homeowner had removed). I quickly sensed David’s attention to detail matched my own OCD tendencies, which was a huge comfort. When his associate Russell joined, they worked efficiently, and we had hot water restored by mid-afternoon—I couldn’t believe the quick turnaround!
I’m so grateful to Eanes for their qualified staff and David’s passion for perfection. What started as a stressful situation turned into an outstanding outcome that my wife, family, and I truly appreciate. I look forward to working with Eanes again and strongly recommend them to anyone seeking quality workmanship.
