Arnold Jones provided same day air conditioning service on a (hot) Monday.
James was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He repaired our air conditioning in a timely fashion.
I’ve never been disappointed with this company. I am a second generation family member using this company. Our family has been using them for over 50 years. We don’t get this same satisfaction from other companies.

Jamal repaired a potential carbon monoxide issue, very thankful for his attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Experience some issues over the weekend. Call Arnold Jones and they was able to send Mr. Ronnie out first thing Monday morning. Ronnie was able to identify the issue and have it resolved.

Ronnie showed up in a timely manner. He had the AC compressor changed and furnace blower changed in short order. New fan was running so fast it made a very audible humming sound. Ronnie reopened the furnace and changed the fan speed which silence the higher pitched humming. A job well done and very professional.

Following a prior repair to the HVAC thermostat Jonathan was sent to work his magic on an electrical problem. He & his assistant were efficient, pleasant & very qualified as they identified & rectified the problem. As always Arnold Jones technicians have come to my rescue. We are putting our townhome on the market next week, and discovered that the outside outlet in the front, with the trip switch, was not working. We were hoping to get it repaired as soon as we could, and Arnold Jones came through! (Let me also add that we have always been VERY happy with their service for our HVAC system). Andrea could not have been nicer or more accommodating on the phone, checking with the electrician to see when he might be able to come. Turns out he was able to come TODAY! Jonathan Peace was friendly, accommodating, and replaced the outlet quickly, and for under $100! Arnold Jones Services took one more detail off our plate as we continue to move forward with our move.
