Highly recommend Airflo for your heating and cooling needs. They were prompt, affordable and very professional. We will definitely use them again!

Second opinion saved me 2400, only needed to replace a breaker, whereas Air Flow tried to replace the unit. Also communication was rather difficult, no follow ups from them, had to keep chasing them. I would like to note that the replacement unit is 500, they wanted 2100 for the labor which is rather high.... Two stars because they waived their fee for inspecting the unit.

Thank you to everyone who recommended AirFlo. I just used them and I will never use another HVAC company again. Another company said I needed a new system and AirFlo told me the truth, which made me extremely happy. So glad I got a 2nd opinion.

Heath came all the way to Raleigh and cleaned our coils and serviced our AC, it was raining and heath worked in the rain, we couldn't have asked for a better company to work with.

I had paid 2 other companies to come fix my ac unit due to air flow issues. They insisted nothing was wrong. I called Heath and Chip and they found the issue fast and fixed it. My house is a lot cooler now.

They are a great company, Heath helped me with my heat pump and fixed the problem on the spot, he's is very polite, he did call me to inform me that he was on his way on time, and arrived at the appointed time. I will call them every time I need a solution for my heat pump, Heath is very honest and he did answer all my questions and explained what the problem was.

This company installed new duck work at my parents home in high point. They worked very hard to complete the job on time. They went above and beyond to make sure my parents were happy with the new install and took time to answer any questions.

Always had great service from Airflo. Been using them for over 3 years. Most recently had the AC go out on a Sunday morning, they had it taken care of in about an hour. Easy to work with and pricing is always fair.

Amazing service! Guys came out on Sunday morning and were able to get our air back on in 10 minutes. They came back out two days later to replace the needed part. Really appreciated their prompt response to our call on Saturday evening in the 90+ degree weather!

Company in town To celebrate the 4th of July and my AC goes out the afternoon of July 3rd. We called Airflo based off online reviews. July 4th at 8:30 am the owner sent his son here to see what was going on. He and partner arrived here and 30 minutes later they had fixed my problem and told me my condenser had gone out so they replaced it. 1 hour later my 90 degree house was once again inhabitable. This kind of service and honesty is just not the norm these days. If you need help with heating or cooling, call these guys they are legit! Thank you Mr. Bryant.

First Google review ever and this is why. Chip and his son were at my door step within 6hrs of me calling them and took them 20mins to get my air back on. Not to mention they called ahead of time and showed up exactly on time. Two other companies quoted the repair at $700 and at $300, Airflow did it for the fraction of that price, due to honest service. Other companies said I needed a new unit. Or just to get my current hvac to work I needed a new fan, compressor, two lbs of refrigerant (freon), plus their service fee. If you want to work with honest people, have quality work done, and prompt response times, call these boys, I highly recommend them!

Hard to call AC going out a good experience, but thanks to Chip we got it fixed the same day. Appreciate his honesty, he didn't try to push me to buy a new unit or run up the bill, which was about half what I expected to pay. First class.

We hired airflo to install both heat and air in our 100 year old home, so they also had to do complete duct working. This was our first experience hiring someone to do contract work for us and Chip, his son Heath and their crew were excellent. We have indoor only pets and they took our concerns about working around them seriously. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work, the communication during the time it took to complete the job.... This crew is A1!!!...look no further, call airflo first!

Chip I need that you come to my home and repair my new system that you installed wrong . I called another company to get a estimate to see what was wrong ,since you already came twice you could never fixed, the other company said that they will charge me $800. To fix what you left wrong. Is either you fix it or you pay the $800.00. Any way I don't trust you to fix it.

I can't say enough great things about this company. My A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. It was almost 90 degrees in my house. The company my home warranty provider set me up with couldn't make it out for at least 2 to 3 days. I called Chip and his son, Heath, was out within a couple hours. Chip and Heath were both very courteous, prompt, and professional. They had the problem fixed quickly. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I called several heating and cooling companies including Edwards Heating & Cooling (that I have a contract with) and they couldn't come to my house until the next day. Then I called Airflo and I'm so glad that I did, they came out within an hour or so. They looked at my air conditioner and determined that it had over heated and it just needed to cool down. They just charged a service fee which was a lot lower then all the rest.

And they didn't stop there, they called the next day to make sure our air was still working. We received a bill and it had a self addressed STAMPED envelope with it. I also received a second envelope that had a very nice thank you card enclosed.
