Service to fix a refrigerator problem was excellent. Aaron quickly identified the problem and carefully explained the range of options for fixing it. He clearly presented information about different systems in the refrigerator work. He was considerate of my home and my time. I would definitely call One Source Appliance Repair again.

Aaron repaired our refrigerator from Best Buy in a jiffy! He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and super thorough! We had an obscure issue, but he was very detail-oriented, and didn't pause until he determined the problem and fixed it completely! He even checked and re-checked multiple times to be sure the leak didn't return. Very satisfied!

Aaron was very prompt and professional. He provided a fair and accurate quote for his work before he got started, and he clearly explained what he fixed with our washer and dryer before he left.

It's great to be able to call someone local for my appliance service needs. Aaron (the business owner) worked me into his schedule the same morning I called. He gave me a reasonable window of time that he would be at my house, showed up on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend One Source appliance repair. I called about a sudden issue with our dryer and someone was out to our home the next day. Our technician, Brent, was helpful, knowledgeable and provided valuable recommendations for our washer/dryer units. If I need an appliance repair in the future I will be calling One Source again.

Lee from One Source Appliance Repair was absolutely phenomenal! He diagnosed the issue within 2 minutes of opening the lid to my dryer. He had all of the parts needed for repair readily available in his work bag. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without hesitation. My dryer had a piece that had broken, so he replaced that as well as the belt and then vacuumed out the inside of the dryer since he was already inside the appliance (this was not part of the repair, he was just that nice!). He was very polite and was done with the repair within an hour. In addition, I was able to use the $10 off coupon that is available online. One Source Appliance Repair was awesome. And I am so thankful they were able to come out so close to the holiday and repair the issue in the same visit. I hope to not have anymore broken appliances, but if I do, I will most certainly be calling them!

Aaron was very professional and careful. Came out on time and promptly repaired our Maytag dryer. He even had the part on his van so it could be fixed today. Very satisfied and will definitely call them again when we need them.

Their friendly office staff readily handled my request to reschedule the original service appointment for a dryer repair. The repair tech called ahead, arrived on time, was friendly, well qualified, determined the problem quickly, and provided a complete repair estimate. The necessary parts were ordered and retrieved and the tech returned the same day to complete the repairs. Over all the service was on time, clean, professional and reasonably priced. Brent’s parent’s most be so proud…Such a pleasant and professional and polite young man that came out to look at my washing machine. He was thorough and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. He looked up the serial number on my machine and told me there was an open recall and what to do next. One Source Appliance Repair were excellent from start to finish. Aaron returned my initial call very promptly and offered me several service call dates. After I then requested a same day visit, he managed to accommodate my needs and squeeze me into the schedule. He called prior to arriving , and was well presented, courteous and knowledgeable about the dryer issue. He presented the estimated cost up front which was helpful. I really appreciated his quick service which helped me prepare for some visitors - not having a dryer for the weekend was going to be a real challenge !

It feels odd writing a five-star review for a failed repair, but from that failed repair came a true representation of how reputable One Source is. My repairman came and fixed my refrigerator for what he hoped was the issue. Unfortunately it was not, but the more expensive cause, which was about the same price as a new refrigerator. I opted for a new refrigerator.
According to their warranty, my money for the parts was to be refunded, which was done quickly and without issue. The second repair visit was without charge. I rarely find a company that stands behind their service like this and would use One Source again.

Had my LG fridge repaired by Brent, and he was awesome! Called ahead and was able to come early, he was also polite and respectful. He explained the issue, walk me through what he did and showed my pictures of the issue. Definitely will use One Source again for future appliance needs.

Brent from One Source Appliance Repair came out yesterday to clean the inside of my dryer. He arrived promptly (early in fact) and went to work immediately. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his task and explained everything to me as he went along. He gave me advice as to how to prevent future lint buildup and keep my dryer in the best working order possible. He also gladly answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using One Source again in the future and will be requesting Brent as our technician. Very pleased!!

Had to go with onesource due to appliance warranty. Technician that came out was great. Scheduled my follow up was told I would be informed ahead of time if part would not be available. I get a call day of service to tell me it’s not there after taking off work. Can’t tell
Me where part is or when it will be in! Not to mention I get hung up on from office staff for questioning why there is no delivery date currently.

Would recommend. They came out and fixed our stove. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They ordered a part and came back when the part was ready. Great service. Job well done.
