Very professional and courteous. Quick service and they cleaned out my dryer of backed up lint and debris after repair. Would definitely recommend.

Technician has terrible communication and will show up at your house unannounced. Used generic parts to fix refrigerator and had poor workmanship leaving the fridge unproperly sealed with potential to increase tenants electricity bill. Tenant was so frustrated with the technician that he ended up fixing the issue himself. Crazy the tech was paid without a refund and my tenant (with 0 handyman experience) was able to fix the issue.

I called early Saturday because my dryer was inoperable. They asked me a few questions, came to my home and a short while later, my dryer was repaired. Exceptional service on a Saturday! I’d definitely use them again!

Mr.Lahsen was prompt on time and communication and he took my range which was in screen porch to my kitchen as it was emitting smokes the other day . he checked everything on the range and made sure it has no damage and good to go. I will recommend him for any appliances issues.

The repairman was professional and friendly, and he repaired my dryer in two visits. He even went out of his way to pick up an extra part at a nearby distributor. Highly recommended.

I called at 9am and Lahcen was here by 1 to repair my dishwasher that stopped working the day before I was to host an event. It needed a part, and he graciously came back later in the day to finish despite having to travel for another job in between. He went above and beyond and my dishes are sparkling clean. 10/10, I highly recommend.

He showed up on time and made the repair and his fee was reasonable. (I had another service repair person a few weeks ago and gave ne a price of 900.00 and wanted to be paid up front. )

I had a power surge that knocked out my dryer and oven. Lahcen got the dryer fixed fast but the oven was a bit more involved. We ended up getting a replacement part ordered and installed. Very reasonable pricing and quick service 👍🏻

Lachen was great. He came the next day. He diagnoses the problem on my washing machine and showed me the part cost and labor. It was better to buy a new one than fix the old one. He also looked at 2 other appliances and told me some quick fixes. He also took the broken washing machine for free. Next time I have an issue he is the first person I called.

I’m handy-ish. When I’m out of my depth RDU appliances pro is who I call. Twice now they have swooped in, shown up right on time, answered my endless questions, and solved the problem at a fair price.They are reliable, professional and kind enough to not laugh when my -ish is showing.

So VERY pleased. After waiting over a week for Best Buy to deliver a washer and dryer when they delivered they did not include the install kit for a stackable w & d. And they couldn't re-schedule for five days. I had out of town guests coming and needed towels and sheets washed. Also, I was leaving to go out of town for a week and needed clean clothes! I called RDU Appliances Pro. I explained my problem and Voila within 24 hours everything is up and running!

Lahcen promptly responded to my service request for my washer not working. He quickly identified the issue (bad agitator). Lahcen drove all the way to Durham to get a part instead of making me wait a week for Whirlpool to ship the new agitator. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and his prices were extremely fair. I would highly recommend his services for all of my appliance needs.

OUTSTANDING company to deal with. We had to go out of town on Saturday with an intermittently leaking refrigerator which formed a small saucer-shaped puddle on our wood floor. I called three companies and none could come until Monday. I called RDU and they scheduled a repair/service appointment for Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Repairman arrived at 9:35! Quickly analyzed the problem and made the repair.
Extremely impressed and pleased with their response. Repairman was a half hour EARLY! Unbelievable! He thoroughly explained each step he took to fix the problem and cleaned the work area after he finished.
RDU’s rates were very reasonable and I very highly recommend them.

I’m a bit late but last month we have a unique sink situation.. we have an offset partition sink that we wanted replaced with a single bowl. After reaching out to multiple countertop companies and poor findings of multiple types, I was able to find Lahcen and he was a saving grace!! He not only help make the process smooth but came back several time to help figure things out. All counter top companies only did the sink install no plumbing. Thanks to Lahcen he was a one stop guy for everything and extremely good on pricing! If you are in the RDU area please reach out to him!

Lahcen was great! We had an issue with our Maytag washing machine in the morning… I called and he was out here trouble shooting that same afternoon.

He was able to source the part locally (no waiting for it to ship) and in less than 24 hours, the washing machine was back up and running again.

And to top it off, he charged less than another nearby appliance repair shop was asking. When we have another appliance failure, he’s going to be our go to.
