Ricky helped us disconnect a generator we’re buying. He even did it on the 24th of December. He is very professional. He went an extra mile to make sure we will be able to meet our deadline. This is at the time when I could not find any service providers that will be able to do the jon within our timeline. Thank you, Ricky.

R. L. Griffin Electrical installed some lighting for us. Ricky was very professional and did a complete job for a reasonable price. He was on time and courteous. The light works beautifully, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again in the future!

Ricky came out to look at a bad breaker that I had. When he got here, the breaker decided it wanted to work all of a sudden (go figure). Ricky was great about and explained what could have happened. He told me to call him if it went out again, and did not charge me for the trip out to my house.

Ricky could not have been any nicer, and I enjoyed talking with him. I will definitely be giving him a call for any of my future electrical needs!

Early Today my electricity when out. I had partial electricity— most of my lights were on, but all my major appliances A/C, internet etc were out. I contacted RL Griffin Electrical out of Holly Springs. After describing my problem Ricky told me my problem sounded like a Duke issue. He said sometimes Duke will say you need to call an electrician but don’t accept that answer. Tell them you did call my electrician and he has diagnosed it as a partial outage and they need to come out to fix it. Ricky was right, they initially resisted but when I insisted that I had called my electrician and gave his diagnosis they agreed it was a Duke issue and they would come out to repair my outage. Duke arrived an hour later, problem resolved. Thank you so much Ricky for your help. Ricky is the electrician you want to call for any electrical projects. He is very experienced, performs quality work and is an all around nice person. I can’t say enough good things about him and his work ethics.

Ricky is wonderful! So nice and easy to work with. He knows his stuff and did a great job installing our new light fixtures and an outlet behind our tv. The outlet was tricky because of our fireplace, but he figured it out and did a great job! We will always use him for our electrical needs and we highly recommend him!

I needed an electrician to resolve an issue with house wiring I was not sure I wanted to tackle myself. I called R.L. Griffin electrical services in the morning and explained my situation. The owner - Ricky responded and told me he could be at my house in a hour. Ricky arrived as scheduled, quickly repaired my problem, showed me the original problem and what to do/not do. Ricky did not charge me an elaborate “estimate” charge and I paid what I thought was a fair price considering he supplied all the parts. We called Duke Power because our lights were surging. They came out Saturday morning and shut off our power, telling us that we needed a repair to the meter base before they could turn it back on.

We called Ricky and he was able to come right away. Our box is old (1986) and parts are very difficult to find. Ricky brought and old box and was able to pull the parts from that box. He made the repair and Duke turned our power back on.

We are so impressed with Ricky’s quick response and innovative resolution! We will certainly use RLGriffin Electric again!

Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and knew immediately what our problem was. He replaced an old, worn out GFCI outlet and increased the voltage so that we could power everything we needed. Plus, Ricky came immediately, on a very rainy day! Highly recommend his services!

I called Ricky for what I thought was a blown breaker, and the first thing he did was make sure I had tried some easy fixes myself. This initially impressed me, since it meant he was looking out for my wallet instead of his. When he determined it wasn't an easy fix, he said he could be here within 30 minutes, which was much faster than I expected.

Once he arrived, he tested the breaker and quickly determined it was more likely a wiring issue. He taught me a lot of valuable info while he was fixing the problem, to the point where I am confident I could fix it myself if the same problem arose again.

Ricky really knows his electrical! He does not try to upsell anything. We had him install a fan in one of our bathrooms and recently had him back to fix outdoor outlets. He even gave us some pointers on how to avoid future costly work. We will use RL Griffin Electrical Service for all our electrical needs and recommend you do too!

We had insulation blown into some interior walls, and ended up with a lot of patched holes to cover and paint. Mike did a fantastic job. Google would like me to add a photo, but a photo wouldn't show anything; you can't tell the walls had been repaired and painted.

I sent them an email since their contact function on their website didn't work. The have not responded to me at all.

Great work and great customer service. Second time we used them. Once for a ceiling repair (flat surface) and when he was done, could not tell there was ever anything wrong. Second time was this week for a repair/repaint of popcorn ceiling - another great job!

Michael and his crew did a fantastic job for me on a project we where working on . My Guys had to open up several spots in the drywall to access pipes . They fixed all the many holes and painted them and you could not see any evidence they where patched and repaired. Great work will be using them for the next project real soon .
