Called One Source on a Wednesday afternoon and they were out here on Thursday. Everything, from Kimberli in the office taking my call & scheduling the appointment to the quality of service, is top notch. Brent came out to repair my dryer & I also had him do preventative maintenance on my washer, refrigerator and dishwasher. He called a 1/2 hour before his arrival to let me know he was on his way and even offered to come a bit later if I wasn't quite ready for him. What an awesome guy - from the second he stepped through the front door his knowledge, experience and customer service shone through. He explained each step of what he was going to do and why and, as he could see I'm really into fixing things (my dad was a mechanic), offered to show me what he was working on while explaining what he was seeing and what was needed to either fix or improve its function. Such a nice, honest & sincere guy who clearly cared about the quality of his work. And their pricing was spot on, even under what I thought it was going to be. One Source Appliance will be my "go to" for life. :)

Very happy with my experience. I called, they said they could come the next day, I wasn't available, but they had a time that worked for me. Brent came out and was fantastic, walked me through all my options and repairs he made and gave me tips to help my appliances have longer lives. Hopefully I don't have to call them back, but if/when my next appliance breaks I will surely use them!

Highly recommend! Brent was friendly, courteous and quickly diagnosed and repaired our freezer. I especially appreciated his taking the time to explain the cause of the problem and show me key steps in the repair.

Brent has serviced multiple washing machines at our home and he is amazing. Not only is he the nicest guy you will ever meet, but he is knowledgable, honest, accommodating, and professional. The office staff and Brent were so accommodating to our schedule due to a death in the family. I highly recommend One Source Appliance.

The person who answered the phone was quick to help set an appointment—had one sooner than even I was able to keep. Brent was my technician, quickly diagnosed the problem with my fridge. Had to order a part and it came in damaged so he let me know and we rescheduled at a time that was more convenient for me than for him—holiday. He quickly inserted the new part, steam cleaned the fridge (bonus) and instructed me on how long to expect it to come back to temp. All of this while being super friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this company and Brent to anyone who needs a repair.

They responded to my request for service within an hour of being contacted and scheduled the repair around my availability. Matt was very professional. He called (as requested) when he was on his way, and arrived when he said he would. He was very polite, fixed my dishwasher quickly - and made sure the fix worked. I would highly recommend.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I rather people know about this company.

They will give you the run around about what is wrong with your appliance, order parts and come back weeks later to fix it. In the process of fixing it they’ll break something else and tell you to submit another warranty claim so they can come back to fix it.

My experience with One Source was fantastic. Brent diagnosed and fixed my dishwasher in one visit. He was friendly and professional, and he fully explained everything in advance. Luckily, he even had the necessary part on his truck and completed the whole thing in about an hour. I will definitely use this business again.

One Source Appliance Repair was fantastic from start to finish! Scheduling was quick and easy, and Brent the technician showed up right on time. He was a straight-shooter about the issue with our washer—no upselling, just an honest assessment and very fair pricing. What really stood out was the time Brent took to thoroughly diagnose the problem and explain what he was doing at each step. On top of fixing the issue, he gave us really helpful tips on how to properly operate our washer moving forward. Great service all around—I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

I had such a great experience with Brent at One Source Appliance Repair! He was able to diagnose my washer issue over the phone and was completely transparent about the situation. He explained that while the problem might be fixable, it would require taking the machine completely apart and still might not be a lasting solution given its age. Instead of pushing for a repair, he said, “let’s save you your money on this one,” and even gave me honest recommendations for reliable appliance brands and a trustworthy place to buy them. I’m so appreciative of his professionalism and customer-first attitude — highly recommend!

Highly recommend them for appliance repairs! Brent was so friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush through the service, while still being efficient. He fixed our washer, and while he was here the dryer happened to be running. He noticed how hot it was, and expressed his concern about potential safety issues from lint build up. My husband checked and Brent was right! I believe we very well could have had a fire had he not brought that to our attention! 10/10, definitely give them a call.

Amazing experience. Lahcen came out with ion a few hours and finished the job and fixed the dryer. Lovely experience and can’t recommend enough. He is the business owner and not part of some private equity company! Lives locally in the area as well.
