This company is OUTSTANDING! Best Customer Service I have seen since moving to NC in 2014! Both of the times I have used their services, they have come to my rescue within 45 minutes of my call.
( One was an emergency AC outage on a weekend and during the hottest part of the summer ...and YES you heard right ..on a Weekend!!) Their prices are more than reasonable, which is hard to find these days. They even call and tell you who their technician is that they're sending to you so you can match the information when the tech arrives at your door. (What a great safety practice.... especially for people living alone. Keeps you from opening your door to some stranger that isn't there to help you.) I just can't say enough about these folks! We would like to express our sincere appreciation to C&C Mechanical Co. for their outstanding service. Mr. Coleman responded on very short notice to repair our heating system after I explained that our organization had an important upcoming meeting and that it was imperative for the ladies attending to have heat in the building.

He quickly assessed the situation, made the necessary repairs in a timely manner, and kept me informed throughout the entire process by explaining what was being fixed. Needless to say, the sisters were extremely happy not to have to host their meeting in the cold. Additionally, the cost of the repair was very fair and reasonable.

We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by C&C Mechanical Co. and highly recommend them for any HVAC or air-conditioning needs.

After two other companies failed to help us due to not having a common part, best air came and fixed our problem within a short time. They worked in the rain and made sure we had AC before leaving. Pricing was reasonable and 10/10 recommended. They even talked with us to explain what happened and how we can keep better maintenance on our unit.

Daniel Ward is the go to man in HVAC here in the Fayetteville region. He installed a brand new HVAC unit in our family home (20 year old unit wornout) and beat the competition by $2,000 on average!!! He did the job very quickly and kept me infirmed of what he was doing the entire time. He pointed out problems with my old unit that should have been noticed by our old HVAC company we used. This new unit runs so quietly you cannot hear it running in our house and it is way more energy efficient. Please call Daniel if you want the best professional job and one hell of a nice guy to fix your HVAC problems!!

This company is great! I have used another prominent heating and AC company in the Fayetteville area in the past, but since finding Best Air, I will never look for another heating and AC company again! There is a reason they are called BEST Air - they live up to the name! They came out the same day that I called and worked tirelessly to fix my issues. The price was much more affordable than other quotes I had received. The service tech was friendly, courteous and clean. I would highly recommend this company to any and every one!!

From the time my wife contacted them, to the time they were done, extremely professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a first time home owner, had ac issues we didn't know about. They came out after being first contacted late afternoon by the next day around noon. They gave an estimate, and held to it. They contacted me to let me know they forgot a part needed, and would be there as soon as they went and got the part needed. As they were working, they took the time to explain certain things. They cleaned up all the mess, and when done, made sure we knew bout all we needed to. In my opinion, as they are a smaller company, id rather my money go to the little guys. Again, AWESOME company. If I ever have issues in the future, they will be the ones I call.

I've used Best Air for a few years now, servicing my over 20 year old unit. It takes Daniel no time at all before finding the problem and it's fixed. They never charge for coming out, either to fix the unit or giving you an estimate. Best Air will always be on the top of my list for all my HVAC needs.

We have been in the area since 2006 and Best Air has been our go to guys for the past 6+ years. We have used several of the local companies in the area and have never used anyone but Best Air after a neighbor referred us to them. They are always on time and provide the ultimate in customer service. There has been several times where we called them at the last minute for an appointment and since they were in the area they would work is in. This is even at the busiest time of the year.

BEST AIR, CAME BYAND PUT A NEW BLOWER MOTOR IN MY UNIT, VERY GOOD PRICE, AC WORKING LIKE A CHARM, YOUNG MAN IS VERY HONEST AND HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING, MY AC IS COLDER THAN IT WAS BEFORE VERY HAPPY WITH " BEST AIR" WILL USE AGAIN !!!!

Daniel is nothing but amazing. He called to come earlier then the appt time which was a plus and got our air fixed in less than 20mins. He also took extra care of us. Best company to go to hands down when having air issues. Definitely appreciate him.

Best Air is the absolute BEST HVAC team in the area! Our compressor went out on our system. We had a previous HVAC team come out and attempt to diagnose the problem with no clue what they were doing! Best Air came out promptly and got the issue diagnosed and fixed extremely quick. Extremely professional and provided excellent customer service! Heater quit working at 4:00 on a Friday, with snow forecast for Saturday. Daniel was able to get our parts the next day and had our heater up and running before 10:30. So thankful for him! Would strongly recommend Best Air for your HVAC needs!

This should really be a 6 out of 5 stars. I was in a situation where I was trying to sell my previous home but while closing the sale some douche tried to steal my HVAC system and it ended up wrecking the central air underneath the house even. The person DID get arrested and my compressor and air handler were recovered but now that delayed the sale of the house plus the damage that fool left behind. Fortunately, Daniel was suggested to me by my real estate agent and he came in clutch. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and also due to my situation he even lowered the price a bit for me. The house finally got sold. I owe him big time. For this.
