Daniel was amazing! He made extra time for us and squeezed us in before he went home for the day. It was the day after hurricane Florence. He was so nice and professional. He was able to fix the problem quickly. He’s definitely very knowledgable about AC and heat. A couple weeks later our ac started acting up. We called Daniel and he talked my husband through what he thought it was and what to do. He was right and we were able to fix the problem with his assistance. We recommend best air 110% and will always use them while we are in N.C.! Thanks Best Air!

Daniel Ward is very honest and did excellent work, our blower motor went out he made sure to let me know it was under warranty which he didn't have to do. We called him last night and he was here first thing this morning. He is very courteous which is very refreshing with any one these days. I highly recommend Best Air to any one. I'm very impressed by Best Air! This was my first time using them, and I had a tripped float switch that kept turning my whole HVAC system off. I called at 9 pm last night, prepared to leave a voicemail for someone to hopefully return my call the next day and I was shocked when someone answered the phone that late. I'm not sure who I spoke to but he was very courteous and told me that he may be able to fit me in the next morning. Sure enough, I received a call at 8 am this morning and David was able to come out before I needed to leave for work. He was professional, quick, kind, and had my A/C repaired all within 30 mins, so I was able to make it to work on time and come home to a cool house. I'd highly recommend Best Air and plan to use them again in the future (hopefully I won't have to! LOL)

there is nobody else in town I would use! I have my home and several rental properties, and Daniel has been nothing but prompt, knowledgeable, and available for me anytime I have called. It is Saturday AND Christmas Eve and we woke up this morning to 12° weather outside and a heating system that conked out. I called Daniel, knowing that he has always been available to me. But thinking with it being Saturday and Christmas Eve I might not hear from him. Within two hours he was here and fixing my system. We are now cozy and warm, and will get to host our Christmas day. Thanks to him. Once again, he and his company have saved the day! Thank you for being such an amazing company in a time when workmanship has seemed to have gone downhill quickly! your company is truly one of the few shining lights.

Called them on the 7th of March and they came out on the 8th. Daniel was professional and explained everything he was doing. Great work, good timing and an all around good person. I will be telling people about him.

Best Air is awesome! I own an investment property in Hope Mills, but reside out of state.

Best Air came out to the house and fixed the issue with smoke coming out the vents. mother board was burnt out do to some water build up in water pan. plus the drained that as well. installed some new parts. price was fair for the work that they did. thank God they found the issue or our house could of been burned up. highly recommend Best Air for your air conditioning and heating repairs.

They are very professional and know what they are doing. And they are very friendly - Even though they work outside in the worst temperatures and conditions.

I can’t say enough about Best Air. My outside unit went out 5 days before Christmas as the temperatures dropped into the 20s. The owner Daniel was super professional, work quality was top notch, price was very fair, service was fast. I will call Best Air for all heat and a/c servicing and repairs for sure.

Daniel from Best Air respond quickly to a request for an HVAC replacement barely even a week ago. He charge a very reasonable price for a new unit and replacing some duct work, and gave excellent advise for replacement filters that would work best with my new unit. If I could give more stars I absolutely would!
