Joshua and Brandon were absolutely professional. It was EXTREMELY hot in our attic and they worked right through it without a single complaint. We changed out our entire heat pump system. The company even made phone calls with us present to shift things around so they could fit us in on an earlier date for our install. I am very satisfied with R&R's customer service and work. When we call to schedule an appointment they get us on the schedule right away and they always show up on time. Richard always does a great job of explaining any issues or what he did to fix the issue, clean out the issue, and discuss new products with us. We are very pleased.

Our pro was Ryan and when I say he went all out to fix our AC unit, I mean he went all out. We are currently 06/26 in the middle of a heatwave and our unit went out 6 days ago, It was 88 inside the house with every fan I had going and Ryan went into the attic where I know it was another 15-20 Degrees hotter and went to work. He fixed, cleaned, took apart and squared away everything up there. He is the definition of professional and I appreciate the work he did to get our unit straight. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Kenny Holmes was very professional, courteous and extremely helpful in servicing my ac and heatpump, and was very knowledgeable answering my questions.

First of all I was scheduled for an 11 to 1 window. Tech arrived at 2:40 instead. I had to call to see where the tech was. I got a lame excuse that he was with a walk in and would be here once he was done with them. Brandon didn't provide proof of ac issue. He went out and came back in with a fake cause and a total. Never once did he allow me to see what was up. He didn't check no vents or ducts. He claimed that I needed fre-on, a single and a double capacitor, with a big price. These items runs as low as 17 bucks. He c claimed that the fre-on was low, but didn't say why it was low. A item that you unplug and plug back in. He said at first 1200.00, then he dropped it to 592.00. How's that? I'll never use this company again. I suggest that you run if you see this name come up for HVAC issues. He isn't a qualified man to do the job! Perhaps they might need a better tech than the rip off king!

R&R recently installed a new package unit for us on campus at Methodist University. They did an excellent job of researching the proper unit for our needs in the beginning. Followed that with a profesional install. Finally identifying a fault in pre-existing equipment which we will use R&R to correct. Great company and service all around.

Brandon was fantastic! He arrived right on time to clear a clogged drain line on our HVAC unit and got straight to work. He explained everything clearly, was respectful of the space, and made sure the job was done thoroughly. You could tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in doing things right.

What really stood out was his attention to detail and proactive he was. He didn’t just fix the issue, he made sure the system was running smoothly and gave helpful tips to prevent future problems. Friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish.
