R&R responded quickly after our thermostat went out at our business. We originally called our provider we have a contract through and it was going to be 2 days before they could come out. R&R came out quickly figured out the problem and replaced our thermostat. Will definately use again, and hopefully we can change contracts.

They even waited on me to arrive home from running errands because they actually showed up to my address before I did. Talk about promptness. Recently had R&R do a new AC install on our 2 unit house. They did a good job and were very friendly. One issue we had with the install was that we have three kids under 5 years of age and we were unaware the only working AC would be disconnected so the house reached 90 degrees. This could've easily been solved if we were told ahead of time and we could've vacated the house or stayed with friends. The other issue was with the cleanup after the install. The room in which they worked was still filthy and had to be re-cleaned after they left. These issues wouldn't prevent me from using them again, just a need for better communication and better cleanliness.

Last spirng I asked R&R to come and look at my older HVAC system. For years it had never cooled the home, it constantly ran in the summer, and my power bills were high. My original call to them was for the system not coming on and I was ready to be told that I needed a new system. When they came out they found out it was only the drain pan backed up kicking off the system. Well that was being honest and not trying to sell me something I didnt need. However they did say the system needed some TLC and sold me on a maintenance plan. Come to find out the coils were very dirty. Been there 8 years, I didnt know how to clean them.
Fast forward to the end of summer and I kept an eye on my PWC bills. Every month I was using less electricity than the year before. I also kept the thermostat on 67 all summer. The house stayed cool all summer and the temp never went above 68. All that just from a little TLC and cleaning, WOW!
So I took by their office my electric bills from 3/24/23 through 10/24/23. In 2022 I used 15,724 KW hours during that time. This year I only used 12,515 KW hours, 3,209 KW hours less, or an average of 460 KW hours less per month. In addition my home stayed comfortable all summer long. I ask again, just from cleaning the system. I never knew.
So I appreciate the honesty of this company. Showing me the benefits of having a maintenance program and being very honest. I will always keep the yearly program and then one day if the system gives up, R&R will do the replacement. Thank you R&R

Joseph was very knowledgeable and an excellent service person. He was able to diagnose and fix both of my HVAC units in about 2 1/2 hours. He is personable and able to educate me on how to perform routine maintenance a little better. I appreciate the professional work!

Was introduced to R&R from Rich the Sales Manager on a visit to my restaurant. Have used R&R twice and am very impressed with their ability to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. Very reasonable rate and friendly, knowledgeable techs!

UPDATE 9/16- Since the first review, I contacted them on 9/14 to have another unit looked at and set an appointment for 9/15 for 10 am(with Catherine). Nobody showed up. I called on 9/15 and was told I someone would come 10am on 9/16(Catherine). No call no show. I called on the evening of 9/16, spoke w/ Penny, told me I'd get a call in morning 9/17, never received call. Called 9/17, got Penney who rudely spoke over me and transferred me to Catherine. Catherine went on to tell me that they were very busy and couldn't send anybody up to me. They could not service Cary anymore. The least they could have done was called when they no longer wanted to expand there service to Cary. Awful way to treat customers. Only needed a phone call and honest communication..

Chuck's service was very good he inspected unit and was very polite

Rich was very personable and professional. He responded quickly and got our AC up and running. Our AC was not working and the temperature inside was reading above 80 degrees, we were miserable. He came within the hour and not only got everything taken care of super quick but also interacted with my crazy kiddos. Would definitely recommend!

Joshua and Brandon arrived promptly at 9:30 AM as discussed with the scheduling office staff just last week.

I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I was even able to observe their work and asked many questions all the while neither employee appeared bothersome.

When the work was completed they both cleaned up the job site even the small little insulation that came down from the air handler located in my attic space, that had fallen onto our carpet.

Brandon very professional and punctual. The other two that visit our location and worked on equipment I don't believe they know what they are doing. Having issues with our walk-in freezer, walk in cooler and AC since they worked on them. They even told Brandon they didn't work on it, and we know that's not the truth. Equipment pieces were laying around while they were eating in the dining room. Then left without explaining what they did or what was wrong.

We have done business with this company before and never had this kind of problem.

Was on time, very courteous and professional. Got my unit back up and running in no time, always great service and pricing.

They were able to get me in for a replacement very quickly. Techs were very nice and care for their jobs and the customers.

They were the only company that could come out and provide same day service. My only problem is they waited until late afternoon on that Monday to finally order the parts needed so this caused me to be out of business for 4 days. Other than that they were good.
Let’s fast forward this review to 2025. They came to my business to fix my prep box, in my initial call I told them I thought it was low in Freon. The first technician claimed that when he op-ed the back of the prep box all of the parts fell out and apart, although I was standing less than five feet away I didn’t hear any metal parts fall and hit the floor. 500 dollars later, a paid in full invoice , and two separate technicians, my prep box is still not cooling properly. On Friday when I called for the 4th time, I was told by the receptionist that she was going to contact the last technician and tell him it still wasn’t cooling properly and she would call me right back, well I still haven’t gotten that call and it’s Sunday.
