Purpose has been the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. While I was eager to have this project completed, I was hesitant about dealing with contractors due to past experiences and the issues I encountered with other companies.

From the very beginning, Purpose stood out for their transparency, excellent communication throughout the project, and flexibility in accommodating additional requests. They also seamlessly coordinated with other teams working on related repairs, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

As a woman, having strangers in your home can sometimes feel unsettling, but that was never the case with Purpose. I felt completely comfortable and respected at all times. I contacted Tyler after several bad experiences with other companies. I wish I had gotten Purpose contracting to finish my basement area first! They took over after other contractor had left my project in terrible condition. Tyler was very easy to work with and quickly took over the project and all the problems other companies had left without hesitation. They then proceeded with finishing the basement correctly in the most professional manner I have ever seen. The crews arrived early and left late every day for two weeks straight, making sure to keep me informed every step of the way. The quality of workmanship was beyound reproach leaving the project beautifully finished in a minimum amount of time. I could not be any more pleased and I will use them for all future construction/remodeling projects that I have done. Tremendous customer service and thoroughness throughout the project.

I've used Purpose Contracting twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding! Most recently I had them come out to check on an issue with my shower. While they were there, I mentioned a few other small projects I needed done, and Tyler was super flexible and took care of everything without hesitation.

They originally estimated the job would take 3–4 days, but they finished it all in just one day—which is almost unheard of with contractors! On top of that, their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I always knew what to expect and felt completely in the loop. Highly recommend!
