They did a great job repairing our home after a fire. Did not notice they had replaced our wired doorbell with a battery operating doorbell and ringer till it stopped working(dead batteries). It's been 3 months since the initial conversation to replace it with a wired one. Losing hope it will ever happen.

Update:

They immediately got in contact with me afterwards and scheduled a date to fix the doorbell. The electrician installed a wired doorbell as the original.

They were amazing. Not only professional but personable staff. They kept us informed through the whole process. They were respectful of our time and showed up when they said they would. The process stayed on time and budget. I would completely recommend NCA of the Carolinas. They provide quality service and always went the extra mile.

From our initial meeting to completion of the project, we knew we were in good hands with NCA of the Carolinas. Hank, Jay, and the team took hold of our project as if they were building it on their own houses. The attention to detail and high standards of quality they hold for themselves is remarkable. Even the sub-contractors they bring on are aware they are representing NCA of the Carolinas and represent themselves accordingly. The design, quality, and craftmanship of our screened-in porch and deck is second to none. However, if you’re looking for a “yes company”, these guys aren’t the one. The time they take to know and understand their clients, gives them (and the client) the comfortability of suggesting/recommending things as this project progresses to ensure the finished product is what all anticipated and expected. Regardless of the size and scope of your project, I highly recommend the true professionals and talent within NCA of the Carolinas.

Hank and the crew from NCA of the Carolinas did not disappoint! Several friends referred Hank to me, so I knew the craftsmanship was stellar; I had seen the work that was done in their homes. What I didn’t expect was how impressed I would be by the process, from beginning to end, of the work done in my home. Hank listened to what I wanted and helped lead me step by step, helping me achieve the ideas and dreams I had for my home. They worked with my budget and the results were simply incredible. This is the first big move I made since my husband died so I was tackling these renovations alone, but with Hank’s leadership, kindness, and professionalism, I felt like I had a team to walk through this process with. Everything was done with the utmost excellence and integrity. I’m very impressed with NCA of the Carolinas.

We had major water damage on our 2nd floor that also ruined things on the first floor. From the first phone call to NCA, I knew we were in good hands! Hank was able to calm me down & ensured to walk us through each step of the process. Mike came over and went through the contract and our choices and the timeline. The work was done quickly and the quality was on point! I would recommend NCA to anyone facing damage, needing restoration or a custom build.

I give NCA 4stars because my experience with Tim Gardner makes me subtract a star. Tim is a project manager for NCA. Ask for Jeff, the other project manager, if they send Tim. Jeff was amazing. Hank(the owner) looked out for me when I had issues. When it came to Jeff and Hank my experience was amazing. Thanks to those guys.

Hank and his team were professional from our first discussion with them. His was very responsive with any questions we had about our renovation project and you can tell that he truly cares about you and your home. The work was completed ahead of schedule and turned out beautiful. We would highly recommend them to anyone, even with a big project such as removing a load bearing wall.

I found NCA to be very reliable, dependable, and honest to work with. The communication was great and I felt updated on my bathroom projects! Hank was great as was Jay. Thanks for a beautiful new master bathroom and a new powder room - love my painted cabinets and flooring too!

NCA recently completed my home build and I am a very satisfied customer. The quality of their work actually exceeded my expectations. Hank always made himself available for any questions or concerns I had and always followed up throughout the entire process. Jeff, my superintendent, was also available for any questions I had and did a great job managing the job to completion. Jeff kept me updated on the day-to-day progress of the build.
