They did an awesome job with a new roof and in a short time which surprised me as I thought it would take a couple of days and done in 1 day and cleaned after themselves as if they were never here. I recommend them highly. Next job will be a new porch.

We had a hail storm in Kannapolis last night and received an email from this company about the potential for roof damage. I replied to the email and received a call back very promptly. Ted was very helpful and sent over a report based on radar reports of what the storm was like in my area (I wasn't home at the time of the storm). They came out same day exactly when they said they would to do an inspection. Based on their visit, my roof was in good shape without damage so I don't need work now, but would definitely call this company back in the future for roofing repair or replacement. I felt they were very honest, professional and knowledgeable.

Ted and Garrett built a custom carriage house for us in our backyard. They were very communicative and attentive up front to fully understand what our vision was for the project, and they executed without issue every step of the way from initial design through completion. Their crews were respectful, efficient, and high quality. They were frequently on site to monitor progress and made sure we were updated every step of the way. On a personal level, Ted and Garrett are very enjoyable to be around, and we frequently ended up having random off-topic conversations with them about books, travel, family, etc whenever they were on site. We added an entire second story to our home- doubling square footage. Ted and Garrett knocked it out of the park. They were extremely professional and honest through the whole process. They hit every deadline, and communicated the whole way. They worked hard to make sure everything was completed the way we wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was hit. They took a lot of pride knowing our family was moving back into this house to make sure it was ready for our two young boys. I cannot say enough about this team. I will use them for any project I have going forward. Our house is beautiful, and could not have asked for a better experience working with a contractor.

We had a great experience during a large, 3 bathroom remodel process. I had just finished another large construction project with a different, difficult-to-work-with contractor, so I had a lot of anxiety and dread starting another large project. Ted & Garrett were a breath of fresh air — they were very responsive, communicative, responsible and easy to work with. Their tilers, construction crew, electrician, countertop and glass installers were excellent and very respectful of my property. The team was great about pointing out anything that they discovered along the way and then helping me decide on the best course of action by giving me a couple of options to pursue (thankfully, not much came up.) Ted and his team are great problem solvers, and they take pride in their work. I have very high standards, and the team met them.

Crews showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves each day. Cost was very competitive and they were very flexible when I had a change order. Our company hired Ted and NC Storm Repair to assist us with a project where our patient suffered a catastrophic injury and we needed to modify the kitchen, bathroom, driveway, and provide assistive/smart technologies throughout the home.
