Ryan did an AMAZING job on the remodeling of our Nags Head home. We called to get estimates, he came right away, took measurements and within a couple of days, we had our estimates. In 2020, he replaced all decks (4 total), remodeled our entire kitchen, and put down LVP on the entire main level. In 2022, he replaced the outside vinyl siding with smart board and painted it. He also remodeled three bathrooms. In 2023 he removed the majority of the popcorn ceilings and painted the inside of the house. We look forward to having him complete more work next year. We feel confident in any and all work he does and completely trust his suggestions with upcoming projects. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and when he ran into issues (termite damage), he provided pictures and gave us solutions. We highly recommend him for any project large or small.

Ryan did a great job in replacing our deck and stairs. His team was great to work with at the house, and Ryan was easy to communicate with to handle paperwork. Was very attentive in details to make sure we were 100% happy. He went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend for any work needed here in OBX.

Was told no estimates would be given for any job, then told whatever it costs is what it costs. After I asked again why he’s the only plumber I’ve ever heard that doesn’t give estimates, he responded “ that takes up my time, I can either do the job or not” save your money there are plenty of people that will call you back and get fair prices for estimates…

Larry and his sons do amazing work. Whenever I have a plumbing issue, I call Larry. He always takes care of it!

Terrrrible costumer service.

I called every company on the beach to have the one with soonest availability come help me. I understand it’s the busy season. I was not trying to get a price reduced, etc. simply Just trying to see the soonest a tech could come out. This man says “well if you have 20 other companies go with one of them” and hangs up on me ?!

I just rent which I’m aware the house isn’t mine but my family lives here and I needed the company that could come first. I even stated I’d have the owner call and confirm the appt once it was made. Absolutely noooo professionalism. I would suggest any company but....

if you are looking for honesty, integrity, accountability, great communication, fair pricing and a job well done- this is who you need to call. i wish i could hire them for all the work i need done and not just plumbing! it would be wonderful if all professionals were modeled from this company!
