I deeply affectionately love Glenda and Ramona; they’ve been a cherished part of our lives since 2014. Whenever they’re in our home, it fills with laughter and joy, and they genuinely feel like family to us. They care for our home as if it were theirs, and our bond goes far beyond the typical client-service provider relationship.

We faced a challenging separation for six long months, which felt like an eternity. As soon as we moved into our new home, they were the first people I reached out to, eager to welcome them back into our lives. Their personal touch is what truly holds our relationship together.

Our dog Milo adored them, and when he passed away two years ago, it devastated them, too. We all felt that loss deeply. Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Alida, who has joined their team. I usually don’t leave reviews but the gaslighting from the front office was on another level. The customer service from the people in the office is nonexistent and they lack effective communication skills. I actually feel really bad for all the cleaning crew ladies because they have to deal with this on a daily basis.

Maid Brigade never disappoints!!! Never once has my team arrived late or early. A+ for punctuality. After a cleaning, I always return to a spotless stove top, sparkling appliances, shining floors throughout, beds expertly made, not a spec of dust to be found and they even work around all the succulents I have at every sunny window! They are the BEST! The administrative office deserves accolades too for their efficient, friendly and responsive management.

I can just speak to my personal experience with Maid Brigade. It has been a good one. I cannot always make the appointments that have been made, but they are very cooperative as to my wishes to change the schedule. This is very much appreciated. They are very thorough with their cleaning. My floors are cleaned and waxed. The bathrooms and carpet are done well. All dust is removed and the blinds are done well. All and all, the house is clean and smells well. Thank you.
