The crew was on time (early, actually) and sprang into action. Within a few hours our entire home was shining. We had it cleaned for real estate photos and our realtor was blown away by how clean it was. I can't wait to bring them back to my new house.

Five stars for the kindness and compassion shown. They were able to get my mom scheduled quickly, were very understanding that she wasn’t feeling well, and communicated so kindly throughout. The cleaning was good, but what really stood out was how caring, responsive, and accommodating they were. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

My wife and I hired Maid Brigade to clean up our cabin. It had extensive smoke film from cigarettes covering it from top to bottom. I was shocked at how nice it turned out! They used a lot of safe cleaning supplies and did an amazing job. I couldn't have expected anything better. The price was surprisingly affordable too! We are going to have them take care of our home and office in the future. Highly recommend!

Overall, I am happy with the service I’m receiving. They come every other week and do a great job!
There are only a couple of things that need improvement. Overall the dusting is mid, I still have to hit my lamp shades and ceiling fans. Second is the bathroom faucets still have soap and residue around the rims and need to be scrubbed better.

This is not the first time that I've used Maid Brigade and have only ever had great experiences. I was absolutely positively pleased with my team. They were professional, thorough, and even accommodated one or two preferred requests during the service. This experience led me to request having this exact team for any future services (although I feel quite confident that if ever they were unavailable, I'd be assigned a team that was just as good)!

The team was exceptional! Very friendly and respectful. They were on time and communicated with me during the entire process. They were able to get my new home in exceptional condition and I am excited to move in. I would be happy to use this same team again, as well as recommend Maid Brigade to anyone who asks.

We recently had Maid Brigade come out for a deep clean — kind of a “spring cleaning before spring” — and they absolutely delivered.
I know Pamela, the owner, and she sent Liliana and Serena to our home. My wife had zero complaints (and trust me, that says something!). She mentioned they spent a significant amount of time making sure everything was done right and truly paid attention to the details.
From top to bottom, the house felt refreshed. It wasn’t just a quick surface clean — they were thorough, professional, and clearly took pride in their work.

Michael Hoover was knowledgeable, on time and explained the recommended repairs in detail. He fixed the wood rot in my sliding glass door completely and beautifully. The door frame looks brand new. Thank you.

We had a leak in the master bathroom tub and we called Mr. Handyman. Shawn Cowan came to give us a quote, and he was able to fix it the same day.
He was punctual, polite and he did an excellent job.

We hired Mr. handyman to power wash and stain our deck. Setting up the project was easy; love that you can communicate and send pics by text. Dave was awesome, did an amazing job and was prompt and reliable. He also worked hard to find the exact shade of stain, checking with multiple stores. Would definitely use again for other projects!

Had some ceiling drywall repair done post a water leak. Matt was very professional and helpful in assessing the repairs needed. He and the Mr. Handyman team provided great communication on the repairs progress and steps needed to complete. I would recommend Mr. Handyman for jobs around the house. Expensive but worth the money due to their professionalism and communication. Job looks great and was completed efficiently.

They responded within a day of my text request for a quote. Matt came out at the specified time and walked through my house as I explained what I needed done. He made a few suggestions (which saved him time and me money), and got right to work. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. I felt it was a little pricey, but one repair needed to be done at the top of a very tall ladder so I wanted to be sure they had all the insurance needed. I would definitely use them again. Very professional and EASY to work with.

They always come through for us. It is a great company with wonderful employees. The pricing is a little over priced but the work done makes that pill easier to swalllow.

I had a sagging overhang over my garage door repaired and the removal of a large retractable awning. The process of contacting and scheduling was very easy and I was able to get the jobs completed within a few days.

Communication was great throughout and both technicians Dave and Chis were on time and very nice. The pricing was upfront so no surprises.

They also followed up after the service to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom. She needed a screen door replaced---pretty simple. The door cost $150 and took about 20 minutes to replace. But the handyman had to go out to Home Depot two separate times to get the supplies. The cost was $950!! Insane price for just a screen door replacement. Next time we'll watch a YouTube video and do it ourselves.

Do not recommend!!!

Had quite an issue my kitchen sink and more ! Micheal (Mr Handyman)came out fixed the poor job the previous repair person created. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly! I highly recommend Mr. Handyman 💯%

Shawn Cowan was excellent, showed up promptly, was able to provide a quick and accurate assessment of the work needed and completed within a few hours - same day service was amazing. Quote was accurate and even reduced the cost slightly as materials were lower cost than expectation.

Shawn Cowan and Charles did a great job re-installing attic stairs for me. They were very nice and professional. I will definitely hire them again for some projects I need done in the near future.

I had 2 big holes in my ceiling. Trying to find someone to do the drywall repair was so difficult. Received 4 quotes over 7 weeks (and set up appointments for each of them to come and fix them). No one followed through.

Finally, I reached out to Mr Handman. Within 24 hours, Shawn C came out and had both holes fixed. He came out the next day to prime and paint. Great great guy - he did top notch work and was super friendly. He even accommodated my 2 year old son’s nap time by not using power tools. Cannot say great enough things about my experience right Shawn and Mr. Handyman.
10/10 experience. 100% would use again (actually have them quoting another job for me already)

Had some loose siding I needed fixed along with some other minor issues. While my technician Shawn Cowan arrived outside the designated time frame as another job he was on ran a bit longer than expected, he was in constant communication.
Things happen, and he did all anyone could do in that situation. Upon his arrival Shawn immediately assessed all the issues I had with care and efficiency and quickly got to work. You can really tell he cares about what he’s doing. I had a set amount of money I did not want to exceed and he did an excellent job letting me know where we were price wise throughout. He went above and beyond by offering DIY solutions for anything that would’ve taken me over my stated price range. Overall great experience and you would be very lucky to have Shawn assigned for any home improvements you may need. 10/10 would recommend. Mr. Handyman would be wise to hire more people like him.

Shawn came right on time to fix our wooden gate and gave us a thorough quote for our next round of work to be done at the house.
