We've always had good experiences with Air 72. Doug is great! They fit us in their schedule quickly b/c our AC was out and Doug showed up early in the time frame they scheduled. We used them a few years ago after another company told us we needed a new unit. Doug came over and replaced one part and we were good to go. Honest and reliable!

I've been using Air 72 since Jan. 2021. They are a very professional company. Every phone call I've made has been handled professionally by their staff. When talking to anyone there, I feel like I'm a part of the family because they are so kind.
Doug has been my tech from beginning and I hope it stays that way. He is always very professional, very knowledgeable and shows respect towards me and pride in his work. He does what needs to be done in a decent and timely fashion. He's always on time and makes sure to let me know he's on the way. Fantastic service!!!

Great communication and honest people which has been tough to find with a few of the other HVAC companies in CLT

Alex did such a good job. I had huge quotes from 2 other AC companies to replace my whole system and he came in and figured out the issue right away. He was honest, efficient, and worked quickly. I will use him and this company going forward!

I used air 72 a few years ago and they did a wonderful job. I called them back recently for another issue regarding my air conditioning in a different home. They were prompt in response to come out to address my issues. Doug showed up when they said that he would and he resolved my AC issues promptly. He was one of the service techs that was out the last time I had service at my home. He is very Knowledgeable and conducts himself in a very professional manner.
I highly recommend them.

Last night, we arrived home late to find we had no AC. I immediately called and left a message for Air 72. I received a callback at 8:02AM and Doug arrived a few hours later, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it . Once again, Air 72 solved our problem and let the cool air flow again!

Doug Spent 2 hours diagnosing a problem that another company created when installing a new system. Josh and Doug came back out the next day( amazing) to fix the problem. They knew my mom was getting out of the hospital and she needed AC. Nicole and Christina are also great. I would highly recommend this company. I wish they were in Greenville SC.

Air72 has fantastic services and prices in the Charlotte area! We have used them several years now on the recommendation of another teacher at our school. Their prices are great, and I love their service plan, which includes an air conditioning check at the start of the summer and a heating system check as temperature start to drop in the winter. We will definitely go with them at the point. We need to replace our current HVAC system. I highly recommend them. And Doug is a fantastic technician!

I highly recommend Air 72 Pineville for all of your HVAC needs. They replaced my system a few years ago and we have their service plan. The system is great and was affordable. They call me right on time to come out for service. The entire staff is great and quality of work is always excellent.

I really appreciate their help keeping my family’s HVAC system running throughout the years whenever something went wrong. We had Alex come out recently and he did a fantastic job resolving some ongoing issues we’ve had with the system. Basically, no more worries about the AC failing us as summer approaches!

I can’t recommend them enough and I think their prices are fair when compared to the competition. We even signed up for their bi-annual system maintenance schedule, which is reasonably priced. It’s important for us, since our house and HVAC system get older and older, more problems arise more frequently throughout the years, so it’s a great deal to have them regularly maintain it.
