Got back from vacation on a Saturday to find my AC drain clogged and my emergency overflow dripping onto the back patio. Called AirWorks and they had a tech on site within 45 minutes of my initial call! The tech was very professional and courteous, especially with all of the COVID-19 stuff going on. Needless to say my issue was resolved very quickly and I'm glad I chose AirWorks!

AirWorks was very professional. They came out on-time and quickly was able to install my new AC unit. They were understanding and flexible, and easy to work with by setting up financing. I definitely would recommend.

I have used AirWorks for many years in two houses and have been extremely pleased with there punctuality and capabilities. This time the technician was Cody and he was on time, efficient and professional by informing me of the condition of my heating unit. He also informed my of a problem I may have in the future that could be left for now.
I will continue to work with AirWorks for my cooling and heating.

The tech Cody was super nice and professional. Answered all my questions and helped with identifying the issues with my unit and how to fix it. The job was completely efficiently and my home seems to be cooling as normal. Thank you for your help. Also thanks to the customer service lady who understood my urgency and helped me get an appointment quickly despite their busy schedule.

I've been using AirWorks for both regular maintenance as well as multiple emergency calls over the past few years, and am always really pleased with them. 9/10 times Matt is the technician who ends up coming for repairs, and he always remembers (or at least looks at the notes before he gets here, which is still awesome) previous issues, and is willing to explain what he's doing/what is causing whatever the issue is, which I appreciate, especially if/when it's something I could prevent from reoccurring.

I ended up having to have my entire heat pump system replaced this past week, and every single person involved was super knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and just had great attitudes. I live in an older condo that had some challenges, both with the logistics of installing the new system, and with the HOA needing to approve aesthetic aspects of it outside, and Rick was very patient and willing to work with everyone to find a solution that would get approved by my HOA. They also had really great financing options available, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful.

I'll absolutely continue using them, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a heating/cooling repair company (or needing a new system).

The technician that serviced my A/C unit was polite and knowledgeable. He actually arrived a little before the scheduled appointment time which meant I didn't have to spend my day off waiting. I called for a 1 time maintenance check. He took the time to explain to me what found and the condition of the parts. I would gladly recommend AirWorks Cooling & Heating.

Just had Cody from AirWorks perform a service inspection of our two HVAC units. As always, I was very impressed with the amount of time spent and thoroughness of the inspection. Cody was very personable, professional and courteous. It is always a pleasure interacting with the AirWorks technicians, I highly recommend this company.

We have used Air Works twice now for issues with both our AC and recently our heat. The AC unit last spring needed a new unit outside. They were very fair with the price and were prompt and courteous. When our heat went out on the coldest day of the year Tuesday night, we contacted them through our home warranty company. Rick, the owner called us back quickly the next morning and set us up for same day repair. Technician showed up on time after calling 30 minutes before the appointment as we had requested. The unit up and running quickly after replacing the gas valve. Our experiences have been top notch. We will definitely call again because of their honesty, integrity, and knowledge.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I recently bought a house and within 30 days of moving in, our A/C went out. Having to go through our warranty company was a pain, but Air Works made up for the hassle with their quick and professional response. They did everything they could within the scope of my warranty. But they told me to be prepared for the whole unit to fail because the warranty company would only approve a specific part that wasn't the total issue. Lo and behold, 36 days later the whole unit became and oversize paper weight. Once again, they were out quickly and helped us argue with the warranty company to get a new unit put in. I highly recommend working with these guys. I can personally vouch for Matt, Shawn and Troy as technicians as well as having spoken to Hope at their office. They are awesome. On one of the trips out, the owner was the one to diagnose the failed system and was the one advocating for me to the warranty company. If I have any future issues or friends needing a referral, I have their card on standby!

We have used Air Works for over a year and have had routine maintenance and also problem issues taken care of by them. Their employees are routinely on time and professional. They do a great job pointing out the issues and then provide a detailed verbal explanation and pics describing the problem. We have found their prices to be fair and never have felt pressured to have them do more than what was actually necessary. I recommend Air Works without reservation.

Matt was the tech that came out to service our broken AC and he was great!! Super knowledgeable and provided us with additional education/information about caring/maintaining our furnace and ac unit and also ways we could improve our heating and cooling in the future since this has been an issue for us in the past with our split level home. I completely trust and feel very satisfied with the services we received and would use and recommend them in the future!

Excellent customer service with John and amazing work by the install guys and nice cool ❄⛄ air in the humid Florida heat. Would not have wanted any other company to install our new AC. Got text message updates when they were on their way. I couldn't even tell anyone had been in my home doing so much work, every bit of any type of mess was completely cleaned up. Best choice for anyone in their area! Reassured to be set up on regular service/maintenance to ensure our new unit will last for many years to come. THANKS GUYS!!!!!!

We had an emergency issue with our air conditioning. We contacted Air Works and they were able to send a technician out the same day. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed out problem quickly and was able to make an immediate repair. The cost was very reasonable for such professional service.

Cody and Austin did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable on everything they did and answered all of my questions with ease. They stayed 30 minutes over just to ensure the thermostat was working. The company's price is very fair and the work is top notch. I strongly recommend!

The seller of the property I bought recommended I keep twice-a-year service with Air Works for my A/C unit. I'm glad I did. The office team is great. Matt, the tech who showed up, put shoe covers on which I appreciated, answered all my questions, was very smart and knowledgeable about my system, and happy to be doing his work (nothing worse than a service professional who shows up bitter and miserable to be taking care of your stuff). Great experience with this company, would recommend for your cooling/heating needs.

Here to rip you off!!!!! When this company was Airworks, they were family owned. Not anymore. I called for a smell in my home. My heat pump was still under warranty. It was very cold out. Josh showed up and 10 minutes later, no pressure check or anything else, he said that our coils were leaking. It would be a $6000 part under warranty and they would install it for $2500 and it would take a week to get the part. I had a feeling that something was wrong. Two days later, a local company came and ran through several checks. Come to find out, there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my heat pump. This company(Airworks/Dilling) is nothing but a rip off. The manufacturer had NO claim on the warranty and is investigating Airworks/Dilling. How dare they leave me with no heat for a scam!!!! They are the lowest form of low for taking advantage of people in their time of need.

Able to get an appointment next day, tech called about 20 minutes prior to arrival, on time, friendly, explained procedures and final assessment. Due to age of a/c unit and need for replacement, the company owner came next day to discuss replacement options. Owner very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Offered to review issue and email me an estimate. He did exactly that within 2-3 hours. Overall, working with AirWorks was a positive experience. I felt they were honest, reliable and followed through with what they said they would do. I would use this company again. I would also refer them to my neighbors.

Thought we were calling Airworks, a locally owned company. Dilling air showed up who is a Florida based company, tech explained that this company bought out Airworks. Our initial quote was 2k for a leak when we received paper quote it was for $2,822 and incredibly vague. Online also stated they were 24 hours- when tech came it was 7pm and said he wouldn’t be doing any repairs today as he didn’t want to be here until 1am…. We honestly probably would have paid the money at the time. Thankful we didn’t, ended up going with a locally owned and operated company for less than half the cost and repair time was 1.5 hours.

Great preventative service on my two systems. Doug is efficient and thorough. Keeping my two aging systems running for almost 3 years now.

What can we say about Jon and the team at Air72 that hasn’t been said? If you want to support a team of the MOST professional, technically expert HVAC then we highly recommend Air72. Jon came out on Christmas Eve to repair our heat!!! Over the past 7 years we have used Air72 to maintain our two systems, and we purchased a new heat pump from them in 2018. We are VERY satisfied customers and we are not easy to please! Five enthusiastic stars for this great group of talented technicians!!!
