Air72 installed my new AC Unit 4 years ago. They've been servicing it 2x a year ever since. I've used many HVAC companies in Charlotte and this is by far the most consistently best experience I've had. Personable, respectful, professional and very competent.

He discovered a dangerous gas leak in my attic and also has been the only hvac tech in years to figure out how to cool my upstairs. I am just so grateful for this company.

In the 8 years they have always been on time, helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Mostly Air72 does our yearly checkup and cleaning but we did get a new full AC system from them about 5 years ago and have had zero issues since then.
