I had a great experience working with the Airworks team to replace my HVAC unit. Very professional and friendly, hard working (the day unit was placed was hot and I have a crawl space). They kept me updated about the work and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this company!

Airworks was great to work with. I am a service manager and senior tech in the HVAC industry myself and live away from the rental they worked on. Through frustration of not being able to work on the equipment myself. Airworks put me at ease Bill was knowledgeable and friendly over the phone, so was the office and Steve who I assume was on-call when I called the night before.
Their pricing was reasonable and appreciate the upfront pricing (which is what I’m used to with company I work for). They also were very timely on getting to the rental within the 2 hr window they gave me and called ahead when they knew they were going to be running a-little later then the beginning of the 2 hr window.

Larry is a very knowledgeable and well trained service tech with Airworks Cooling and Heating. Highly recommend this company for any of your A/C requirements.

Best service I have had from a company in a long time. Ask for Billy. He is super polite, very articulate, soft spoken (which helps to manage stress when dealing with a cooling issue) and made me feel confident about putting my trust in AirWorks.

I have used Airworks for years and have a great experience. I used Morris Jenkins previously and there is no comparison!! Morris Jenkins replaces everything and anything whenever possible. Total racket/scam. Airworks is a true service provide that actually takes care of and services hvac units. Owner (Rick) is honest and hard working and always responsive. Have regular service in the spring and fall. Technician (Cody) has serviced our units several times and is trustworthy and great to work with. All the technicians we have had over the years are great. Customer service and billing from the office staff is always helpful and friendly.

Overall, a solid company that I would absolutely recommend.

The service tech was a gentleman incredibly polite and very professional. He shared information on our units that had not known before, features, systems care, etc. He fixed our issues and we started a maintenance contract for all three units. Highly recommend this company.

Awesome company. We submitted a service order through our Warranty Company initially and the first company assigned to us came twice and could not fix the issue and even put the parts on upside down. After the couldn't fix it, AirWorks was assigned to it and one technician came out and found the issue and even stayed for over 2 hours working with the Piedmont Gas tech to help resolve the issue.

Happy with my American Standard A/C and with the professional service I receive. Courteous from the first phone call to the completed installation and beyond! It's a pleasure to deal with AirWorks and it is nice to know there are still businesses with very high standards. Thank You.

Have been pleased with Airworks since having them install a new unit last summer. Unfortunately, my air went out today, the hottest day of the year. I called expecting it to be days until I could get service. Airworks had Matt at my home within an hour. Matt was a very professional, courteous and nice guy who was able to detect and fix the minor issue and have the air back on in 15 minutes. Recommend. Thanks Matt.

Had a minor hiccup with figuring out the right equipment for our needs, but once that was all straightened out (and in a timely manner), the installation was great. Crew reviewed placement of equipment with me prior to beginning. They were respectful of my home and yard. When work was completed, they cleaned up their mess. Very satisfied with my experience

AirWorks provided us a heating and cooling solution a couple years ago, and has provided maintenance ever since. Their entire staff, including sales, office staff, and technicians, is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They provide quality service and are reliable. Their technicians are respectful of your home and property. They are the only service we will use.

I would recommend anyone to AirWorks! Everyone from the office manager to the follow up inspections, everyone was so nice and professional. Meghan was so kind in helping me navigate thru a home warranty coverage confusion, Matt was honest, professional and thorough, and Jason was punctual and respectful! I will for sure be using AirWorks again for all my heating and cooling needs!

Cody was quick and professional. Got the job done and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I moved to Charlotte from South Florida so we're on a first name basis with our AC maintenance team. Happy to have found Airworks to be as professional and courteous.

We have an annual service contract with AirWorks to service and maintain both our furnace and our air conditioning systems. They are very professional, arrive on time and do an excellent job. We recently had them back out to complete some additional work on our air conditioners. They were flexible with their schedule, arrived on time, did a professional job, and stayed within budget. We will continue to use AirWorks for all our furnace and air conditioning needs.

Billy came out today and was excellent and efficient in the A/C tune up. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt like he was being genuine in his suggestions for maintenance. This company has always had genuine techs come out every time I use them and I will definitely be going back to them in the future!

AirWorks serviced my sister's house and due to an unforeseen issue on her part she was unable to meet the tech herself, so I met them out at her property instead. The technician, Mike, was very attentive and courteous. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what my sister's unit was in need of. At the time of service it had begun to rain, but Mike didn't skip a beat and just continued working. He did NOT have to do that, and for that I have the most upright respect for this company! I will be using Airworks for my personal property, as well!

The crew at Airworks is incredible. From the person you talk to on the phone to the crew that comes to do the work. They are all professional, kind, and helpful. No BS, just honest communication and hard work. My system was in bad shape. The team at Airworks went above my expectations giving me the highest quality and best working system I’ve ever had. I have been using AirWorks for the past 6 years for maintenance of my HVAC in my home. I have always found them to be very honest. I can’t say that for the companies I have used in the past. Recently my 15 year old upstairs air conditioner failed and I was told that it needed to be replaced. I knew this day would arrive and I was prepared. Rick at AirWorks provides me with three options - good, better and best. I decided that I wanted to replace all three units with the best variable stage models available. The price was fair and the end result is that my home is more comfortable than it has ever has been. I highly recommend AirWorks to anyone who wants a honest company to provide HVAC service.

They gave us sound advice and expertly installed a new American Standard A/C system with an awesome thermostat. Then did it again for my mother a few weeks later. They were prompt, professional, courteous and kind. Strongly recommend both AirWorks and American Standard.
